What a game Sherman Williams had. Used his speed to the outside early and then started cutting back, bobbing and weaving up the field. Most of the game, he made the Buckeyes defense look like they were standing still. Also, one of the worst kicking performances you'll ever see from two teams at that level. Ohio State tried to use play action pass and that was a giant waste of time. Alabama had seven in the box most of the game and they kept bringing the heat. Bobby Hoying the Buckeye QB took a beating in this game.
I miss Gene Stallings. He was a coach with character and dignity.
