Enjoyed your review. Pretty calm, matter of fact presentation. 👍 I have a more recent version and found if you mount your foot pedal on the left half of your front deck(yeah, it takes a little getting used to to use your left foot 😉), you free up a lot of space on your front deck for rods, a front depth finder, etc. With a left side mounted foot control, it should not interfere with your trolling motor access / raising or lowering.
Great review. I have a 2020 Classis XL also and really enjoy it. It’s a great entry level boat for someone on a limited budget or like myself just didn’t want to spend $40,000 for a boat. Question, I have the same cover and was wondering why you don’t tow it with the cover on? Where does it scratch the boat.
Good video. I just bought a 2019 tracker classic. I need a cover. Does that black tracker cover get hot underneath ? Do you like the motor cover and did you go a size bigger or get the 50hp size? Did you ever get any ratcheting transom straps? Thanks for any help
I store my book under a roof so I haven’t noticed if it gets hot. The stock straps work fine don’t think the ratcheting are worth it to me. I will leave a link to the cover that I got it fits perfect. www.amazon.com/dp/B0893WWFG8/ref=cm_sw_r_api_i_AMHBS17HZSK9QBA20CK3_0?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
Not a criticism, but, these days in many states you cant leave your plugs in leaving the boat ramp due to invasive species issues. But, not sure about your location. Nice boat! I almost got one at the initial offering a few years back, but needed something a bit larger for me and my corn fed boy. :)
Very nyse boat loved 50 hp very good for medium lake and small lake is ok for large lakes to loved my fren have one like that perfect 2 person fishing in the turnament
Great boat 👍💯🇺🇲
What size is the gas tank? Also have you had any problems with deck plate? Im looking at buying a tracker clasic.
I’ve had zero problems in last two years and a 6 gallon tank.
@outdoorswithjim207 thank you very much for answering my questions. How was the break in process for the motor?
@@fergsrcenjoyinglife352 good didn’t have any issues.
I would turn that trolling motor head so it’s not jamming the cable against the deck.
Nice boat!
Thanks
Good review. I've got my eye on these lately. Looks like Bass Pro has then for about 15K right now. Will be my first boat.
This boat is 18k now at bass pro. Insane
Crazy how it’s almost doubled in price.
It’s increased 5k since I bought mine and it’s still a bargain.

Yep, the cover will end up scratching, the paint.
1 more question...it has a hook 4 graph...can I upgrade but use the same wires to battery and or transducer? Thx
Yes, I was able to upgrade it but I did change the transducer because the one that comes with the boat is junk.
@@outdoorswithjim207 thanks for the link and info!
Awesome boat
Nice review
Thanks
I love mine I have a 2021 tracker classic xl

Nice boat. I have an older bass tracker but it’s similar to yours. I need a fish finder for mine. Is your old fish finder for sale by chance?
You don’t want it it doesn’t work very good.
@@outdoorswithjim207 do you like your new one? I need something so I can see how deep the water is mainly when I’m at the trolling motor.

@@outdoorswithjim207 thanks I’ll check it out.
What size & pitch prop are you using? Thanks.
Not sure whatever comes stock.

That’s interesting to know that some states have a law about leaving the plug in.
