I had no idea about this sleep strategy of using your own recorded voice that describes your goal in the present tense to reprogram your subconcious mind during the night. I was planning on using an affirmation audio recording from Bob Proctor but I guess listening to yourself according to what you really want targeting to your goal is way more efficient. Thank you so much for the idea! I just found your channel about 30 minutes ago and I'm loving the valuable content you're creating. Keep on creating them buddy, you're a really excellent and clear speaker to listen to 😉👍. Btw, how long would you say your own recording should be? I'm considering somewhere around 15 to 30 seconds, I'll have to test it out for sure. I also have a goal card phrase written on a piece of paper I carry with me everyday, should I use that as a description of my goal to create my recording?
