    I don't especially like shorts either. But I do like short-ish videos, under 15 minutes or so, but packed with good information. As good as some videos might be, I skip almost everything that is more than 30 minutes, and never the hour long videos. I am looking forward to the growth of your channel.

    I think Earl summed this up with, "The problem with most people today is that they conform." I think that is even truer today than when he was alive. Earl's teachings have treated me well in life since I discovered them.

    • @JRCurfman
      @JRCurfman 3 місяці тому

    I completely agree JR. To accomplish my big *main* goal, in 14 years, I HAVE TO BE in good shape, physically and mentally. I'm not there by a long shot. So, that's the *one* goal for now -- getting my health in a good place. That means, losing weight, getting strength, mental clarity, balance, eating purity in check. Otherwise, my big main goal could fail. I'm hoping to see another good video of yours soon. So many good points in that Napoleon Hill book, Think and Grow Rich. I'm just using it for goals, not for riches.

    I had no idea about this sleep strategy of using your own recorded voice that describes your goal in the present tense to reprogram your subconcious mind during the night. I was planning on using an affirmation audio recording from Bob Proctor but I guess listening to yourself according to what you really want targeting to your goal is way more efficient. Thank you so much for the idea! I just found your channel about 30 minutes ago and I'm loving the valuable content you're creating. Keep on creating them buddy, you're a really excellent and clear speaker to listen to 😉👍. Btw, how long would you say your own recording should be? I'm considering somewhere around 15 to 30 seconds, I'll have to test it out for sure. I also have a goal card phrase written on a piece of paper I carry with me everyday, should I use that as a description of my goal to create my recording? Thank you so much for your response in advance, cheers! 😄

    • @JRCurfman
      @JRCurfman 3 місяці тому

      Sorry I am a bit late to respond. I am glad this video was helpful! I don’t think there is a wrong time but mine is 30 seconds. I took what my goal card said and put it into more words. Would definitely use the topic of the goal card to create the statement. Thank you for the support! Hope this helps.

    Love it, Man. Thanks for sharing. Curious what's one goal you've achieved using this method. I've done different versions of this. Bob Proctor talked about his Note card, and I just sort of "meh" attempted it. Shocking that I'm not seeing results, right? But now I'm convinced more than ever. I've been doing money affirmations at sleep, with ear buds while I sleep, and placebo or not, it's been raining money. Like, all my student loan debt was forgiven... Just wild. I've been "stuck" at a certain level of revenue, and am looking to grow beyond it because I'm more focused on bringing value, not making money. All this is just context to ask what you've seen manifest for you using this method? I subscribed. Thanks for this great content and summary.

      Thank you for this comment! That’s really inspiring what you’ve done so far. I’ve achieved some fitness and financial goals. Nothing major yet but I was really happy with them. I’ve been stuck recently too, I think the issue is that I haven’t been as focused on my goals. That’s awesome that all your student loan debt was forgiven. That is awesome!
