Ok but fucking seriously I set up my first character design sale and posted it into a DA group that's quite active and often has designs, of which some really aren't of as high quality as some of my own (though I don't fault folks for having different styles, I'm moreso talking about the overall character designs. Some of them are just "skeleton wearing jeans and a t-shirt" with no real unique design factors. Which isn't bad either, but for $20???? Come on).... I set the design as $25 to start, then lowered just to $20 very quickly because I revaluated the design (it wasn't a true full body iirc so I took off more of the price later too), I got like. One offer. Even though the cheap designs tend to go fast. The offer wasn't enough so I turned it down. Got no more offers. Lowered price again to $15. Still no offers. Haven't sold the design in the whole years it'a been up lmao.
