Grosjean has the speed to win. He just needs a cool head. It may have gotten him 2nd through 10th in the past, but it will pay off with a win and he could possibly contend for a title. Also, what I've learned from watching IndyCar the past several years is a "downgrade" in signing with a new team can be subjective considering the competitiveness in the series.
I do think that Grosjean is being underrated for this season. Juncos might be more competitive with their mclaren alliance and I am sure that Grosjean will have a little more fun in the lower pressure environment
Andretti kinda blamed Grosjean for some issues in the season. They had to know what they were getting into with Grosjean. He was going faster than the car could handle. But Andretti itself was really spinning its wheels. They keep coming short of that elite level. Herta didn't do very much last year either. Glad to see Grosjean back on a mid pack team. It is better to see him over achieve on a small team than big expectations on a struggling big team.
3:02 I was there when Grosjean had his first run at an oval race. It just so happened to be at my home track of all places, Worldwide Technology Raceway. The heroics and moves he made that day got me to be in the Grosjean camp ever since that day. Even if his time in Formula one was less than successful for him.
Had the pleasure of meeting him in the autograph line at Iowa this past year. He seemed stressed. It was during the downfall period of his season. It’s probably difficult moving to the United States at least for the racing season from your home country. Who knows if his hands will ever be the same as before his F1 crash. Sounded like he had issues last year with the wheel at the rough street courses. However I don’t think he has done himself any favors with his behavior at Andretti at times. This will be his turning point one way or the other in IndyCar. I wish him the best!
Just to let you know, your video appeared among the top 3 in my list. So you're visible again whatever that was. Would love to see Romain win again, I expect tears like we got from Takuma with his first Indycar win. You know you've still got the talent, but the Racing Gods will not cooperate.
Juncos is going to get a boo from me every time I see one of his cars at Indianapolis. He really did Illot dirty because of Canapino's goon fans. While I like Grosjean and am glad he got a ride this year, the POS he drives for needs to go!
Grosjean was error prone in F1, then error prone in IndyCar. He was never actually good. He was fired before his crash in Bahrain because he crashed for 2 years and he's lucky he didn't kill himself.
Callum Ilot is a way better driver than crashjean. Crashjean has flashes of speed but no consistency not to mention his incessant complaining. He had the same problems in F1.
Grosjean was never successful in F1 and will never be successful in IndyCar. He's too much of a hothead and too inconsistent. Perhaps he should consider another venue. Like go karts or an Uber driver.

Yeah man I'm excited to see what happens!

I completely agree! Andretti haven't set the world alight recently and I felt that was taken out on Romain, excited to see what he can do at juncos!

C'est parti, Romain!
Grosjean is a great guy and Indycar has been great for him he just needs to put it all together and dominate
yooooooooooooooo. happy to see i won. dubs only.
Yes dudeeee make sure you shoot me a message on Instagram or twitter!
Congratulations man!
Lucky bastard
We all wish Grojean the best. Has Dylan taken the Indycar UA-cam mantel away from David Land? Appears so.
That's the goal haha, way off at the moment though!

It's a spec series. His equipment is as good as anyone else's. There is nothing standing in his way!
I'm the Phoenix, I always land on my feet .I'm not worried. Romain Grosjean after Andretti showed him the door a couple of months ago..😢
Ericsson will discover what a sh*te show Andretti have become.
As a Juncos Hollinger Racing Fan I'm so excited about the many DNF's and destroyed carbon fibre and written off cars
Grosjean and Canapino as a team will be hit or miss. Either they'll propel Juncos to regular upper midfield results or they'll falter.
I don’t know if I’m for him or against him (Grosjean)

Don’t think so. Romain is 36/37 and wont ever change

I can’t imagine why anyone would hire this disaster to pilot their beautiful race cars.
No hope .
Grosjean is better off with his new team. He is free to drive. Andretti, as almost all big teams, is too controlling. Good for Grosjean.

Here comes Mr crash again 😂, I feel bad for that team
Re-ignited hahahahahahahahahahahahah huuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu hahahahahahahhahahahahaa
He's a midfield driver as he doesn't have the mentality to run at the front!!
He came from F1, the spotlight will always be on him.
