ever since my dog was a puppy i would always play with her mouth, ears, paws etc and after 3 years i can literally do anything to her and she wouldnt care, i pick her up ( shes a big dog ) and she just relaxes and doesnt freak out or anything, i find this very helpful especially when i take her to vet she just stands there letting the vet do w.e she needs to do :)

what about hugging ? isn't that considered like trying to dominate the dog and the dogs sometimes bites back
