Maybe the older grill is just deep seasoned so helps with cleaning? Are they priced similarly?
No question....That BlackStone is $350, but they have bigger ones at the same price as Traeger
Yes with many more features ^
@@blessguy5330 Trager is close to 1k with Tax included about $975. Black Rock $350 Big big difference in price and size as well as features. No really a fair comparison. either way the $350 one will still get the job done.
Is a little more grease capacity worth over $500?
Probably not, but the construction is better on the Traeger. Its also a better design, especially if you live in a windy area.
Maybe stand on the other side and you can scrape towards you? Plus you don’t have that huge lid like traeger blocking you.
Good point. However the grease trap is much smaller on the BlackStone.
Now compare the numer of heat zones to the 4 burner Blackstone or Flat Iron.
I like the price of the Blackstone....Traeger is better with the grease collection and overall construction. The wind won't blow it out in the winter like the Blackstone. Your call.
Hi Neil how are you doing 😊
Good review it looks though like right shelf on Traegar is not flat…is it sturdy?
I think so....
You can get a Blackstone with three burner zones. My new car is better than than my old one.
Blackstone has 4 burner griddles at a much lower price point.
of course it’s bigger then the 2 burner, use the Blackstone 4 burner, Also Blackstone has side shelfs and is much better priced, is the Traeger made in China ??
No question. Blackstone has their equivalent at a similar price. I think Traeger still has a much better system of handling grease. Traeger is made in China
Not a fair comparison the Blackstone is a 200.00 griddle and the Traeger is a 900.00 griddle
The price on the treager is crazy ridiculous. Like any other cooker, it comes down to the chef. Learn your hot and cool zones and how the cooker works. Save your money buy the Blackstone 4 burner at Costco for $369. Thank me later
I think Traeger is better constructed, but Blackstone is very good.
Grill trash to back better much better.
Not when you compare the containers......
Pretty weak review…didn’t talk build quality…lid no lid advantage or disadvantage…heat zones with no testing…side tables removable? Tank reading sensor…good on the griddle is a pretty basic test if you can cook…this convinced me of nothing…sorry
Sorry to disappoint.
