- A Harford County woman lost access to her social media accounts along with photos of her family. She’s tried contacting Instagram and Facebook, but so far, no response.
WMAR-2 News Mallory Sofastaii also reached out to social media giant Meta, which owns Facebook and Instagram, but hasn’t yet heard back. She tried contacting the company via email, Twitter, even reaching out to Meta employees on LinkedIn.
“It was like I didn’t exist, everything was gone,” said Lauren Dooley.

HELP!! Your directions were spot ON but I keep getting stuck when I am asked to submit my 6-digit authentication code that I do not have. Last week I tried to change my password and was asked for the 6-digit code ( i don't know it) and have submitted my license to confirm my identity 3 times already. 24 hours later, I get an email telling me to click on a link and use the temporary password provided and then it asks for my 6-digit code again. This is so frustrating! Any ideas??

I think the real issue here is Mark laying off all his employees. There is no real support or help because no is there at HQ. He fired everyone. I feel like the next step for him is to just shut it all down

That's not without email or password? Basicly u try with email and password, and the hacker then gets alerted that you're trying to log in.

Don't hesitate to check him out, it's so unfortunate the Meta support team are unresponsive! I'm glad I found *drudgeanalyst* in this kinda heart breakning situation.
Now I know why everyone keeps saying good about *drudgeanalyst* his level of professionality is incomparable.
*drudgeanalyst* don't have so many accounts. He has only 1 page with over 20k followers!.

You popped from one screen to another without stating how you got there. I have tried every option I can to find "Help Center" and "Privacy Policy Questions" but when I go to Help Center I only see a bunch of squares that say Account Settings, Login and Password, Privacy & Security, Marketplace, etc.

am having an absolute same issue from last 24 hrs. have tried all the possible methods but non of them work. The issue is when i login, it ask me to press that blue button of 2 factor Authentication same as video. but the issue is when i press that button it take me to facebook login page again rather authentication page. This is happening in android app, Android browser, pc browsers aswell.

I couldnt get my account back. I was able to recover the account for like a second and then all of a sudden I was kicked out again and it said that my email account was changed even though I changed the email on this account completely and I changed the password. I can’t get in anymore and can’t do this trick again.

It's already April 2nd I made a account with no profanity and just one photo for some strange reason the minute I created a account a notification pops up on the login and blocked my timeline so now I have to submit a appeal i had to make a Facebook video with my head going left and right for the first time i honestly think facebook workers including tom should be sued for hacking. 2024
