After my account was disabled permanently, can I create a new one with same info? Different number and email.

Mine is disabled too and I have used my email and password and it doesn’t work and yes Facebook said about a month ago I posted “ false information “ and detected me from monetizing but now I can’t even log in . I’ve been using different emails, different passwords and then when I go to change the password to start over asking me for a two factor authentication and then doesn’t get past that I get nowhere

Someone hacked my account, sent out friend requests, and posted images that go against Community Standards. The form you showed doesn't allow me to tell them my account was hacked. So, they will likely keep my account disabled with no ability to tell them what happened. At the same time copyright violation claims were made against my own images on my Business Page. It certainly seems like a concerted effort.
