I got the 05 multispace desire model last summer,it's fab on motorways, great for picnic.... Visibility is very good in the dark with big head lights & fog ones too.. My City car is a 02 yaris.... Variety adds spice to life 😘
I paid £400 for mine and used it as a van (though still had room to pick the kids up from school). I got two years hard use out of it. It had such character too!
It is a sensible practical means of transport. What more can you want? I am on my second one after trading in the first when it was 7 years old. The present one is now 7 years old and will soon be traded in for the new look model.
I still drive my 53plate berlingo everyday. Bought for 750 quid. Name one other car that ... can fit a muddy dog in. A human baby. A human girlfriend. A load of crap from my crap house. And lasts 2 months on a full tank. And I wouldn't be bothered in the slightest if I had to ram into something for whatever reason
hi Richard apparently whilst my air bag light staying on i have been told the stiggot has gone in the steering wheel what it it and how do it get at it
I would not be without mine. And that sunroof, while expensive to get fixed, almost double what it cost new in parts alone, makes it such a nice place to be.
My axil failed, then starter motor, then brakes [new servo etc], cost about 2k to repair- now theres a ominous clunking in rear suspension, brakes are crap, a strong smell of diesel and drivers side door doesn't want to close- going to drop it off a cliff...…..Nice new transporter for me!
Something really weird must happen to a human being's sense of taste once they get to about 65, to even contemplate buying something as hideous as this boggles the mind.
The original Mk1 Berlingo is a future classic, love it.
They're brilliant. Love mine . Solid and spacious. We produced the Rover 75 and the French built this masterpiece.
Had mine 10 years still drive it 144700 miles, 06 plate so useful.
I love this car.
i have one and fell in love with iit and wouldn't chance it except for a new one x
I think the Citroën Berlingo and even more the Peugeot Partner look awesome.
No they're ugly

Alejandra y Alan Bowman I am seriously tempted by one of these now. The ability to remove the seats and create more space is very appealing!
Are they reliable?
@@leeyo5494 I would say that they are. Have one 1.6 petrol (80kW) with 200000km and no engine issues. That´s great for a french car
Oh yes Hammonds - it IS pretty and SUPER COOL!
Wow you people who Think it's pretty are brainless
@@Zerocontroler it's a decent looking car mate. also a lot more unique than the boring rubbish you find on the roads today.
I've got one. Citroen Berlingo. 2006. I'm on converting it into a camper 😉

I have a 53 plate as well and have had for 18years and it works perfectly fine and has costed next to nothing in repairs and MOT.
@@sirteshi3804 have you got the diesel version ?
Are they reliable
@@realSTYLISHx Diesels ain't bad at all, of course the 1.9D is slow but the 2.0HDI has a great performance for everyday driving
@@realSTYLISHx yes there very reliable

It rides better than a Polo because it's based on the 306/ZX

And thencame clarckson, took it to top gear garnished with some stupide jokes and hey presto. He became a star
I think even Clarkson liked it, and also said it rode like a Jaguar
awwwwww dunt he look little....
