Very good and useful information provided. The marrying of Ayurveda with Allopathy is what the present Government is advocating especially with AUUSH in mind.
Truly millets are the need of the hour because of the various health benefits it provides. I have been using the 5 positive millets for lunch daily for the past 4 years.
There should be more propaganda highlighting the advantages of millets.

Please.. it is not 'epilepsis'. The condition is called 'epilepsy'. Also, fibromyalgia is not shifting pain in muscles but widespread pain. I can go on and on..

Because our grandparents used to have 8 or 10 children... Just think of them preparing customised meals for each... Customisation is not our culture...
Yes, when u get a problem in ur body... Taking medication according to our body type is good... But not customised meals everyday throughout our lives..

Follow intermittent fasting 16hrs daily .
Don't eat hot foods .wait for 5 to 10 minutes so the food cools down
Take some supplements like vit d ,vit 12,omega 3 fatty oil ,magnesium, zinc.
