Can I bake it in the oven using bath thingy? For how long and what is the temperature?
Hi. Yes you may. 350f / 180c. Try it for 1 hour then check it by inserting toothpick, if it comes up clear then its ready. If not continue and check every 5 minutes. 😊

Hi. You may use erythritol but it doesn’t caramelize well unlike allulose sweetener 😊

Hi. In this recipe i used Swerve powdered sugar, but you can use any of your favorite sweetener. 😊

I made this today but unfortunately I didn't achieve the same texture as yours..I used granulated sugar instead of powdered and APC instead of hwc..un kaya ung reason?and also inflated sya pagkaluto then bumagsak na pagtangal sa heat..
hello. the Apc is ok to use. Its probably the granulated sugar did not mixed well with the cream cheese. Also your cream cheese should be soft to room temperature. The flan was undercooked kaya nag deflate sya. Minsan kasi iba iba and init ng oven kaya its best to double check using a toothpick para ma sure na luto na yung sa loob then I adjust mo na lang yung cooking time. Hope you try it one more time and let me know. 😊
@@ketofilipinorecipe hello thanks for the reply😊 set naman na ung flan when I tested kaya I took it out of the steamer..tama ba na sa high heat ko sya niluto or dapat low heat lang ang pag steam?un kasi ung iniisip ko na reason kaya naginflate baka masyado malakas apoy
Yes. Steam on low heat. But Make sure that the water in the steamer is boiling with few bubbles (simmering) before putting your flan.
