Can you make a short cardio video using these moves where you do each step longer in time with the music after we try out the step. The music could be played throughout the video as long as it's not so loud that we can't hear you. I don't remember any actual jumping or high impact moves which is better for older people like me.

Is it okay if I try the moves out while doing my own dancing style? I don't want to be disrespectful but I also want to have fun and join in as mush as possible.

I need a cane usually to even walk and literally crawling off the dance floor strikes me as undignified :-D .... but I'm thinking I can plan something that USES the cane as part of the dance.
