      No eating for 4 hours before. No coffee after 5pm. Don't look at your phone or any screens 1 hour before bed. Try a sleep mask and ear plugs. You can supplement with melatonin. You can try audiobooks to get to sleep. Also meditation to clear your mind before bed. Good luck friend
