Project management is not easy, and especially cos it seems like they are looking for someone experienced , it doesn’t seem like you’ll have anyone to shadow or help you build up your experience

Hey girly, will looking into the first suggestion for you. But really how you would make a project for smaller projects will follow the same steps in this video. Only difference is you may choose to make the timeline daily instead of weekly, and you may break the tasks into more in-depth activities

Schedule is a list of tasks that need to take place in a project in sequence over a given duration. Cost is how much money it will take to complete those tasks

A PID aka project charter is a documentformal document delineating the project's purpose, scope, stakeholders, objectives, and rough plan. A project plan is a detailed schedule of how long a project will take to deliver, the resources needed and the RAID associated with the schedule
