Been loving your videos/content man. If i would’ve known your channel was around back then, I probably wouldn’t have sold my first vita. Thank you for what you do! I missed out on limited run games pretty bad. Really want to get organ trail and octodad physically.
I don't do PS Plus anymore. I thought it was a good deal at first but when my subscription ran out and every game became unplayable, the sudden realization that I was only renting half of the games in my collection didn't settle well for me.
Definitely haha. Not worth it in the long run at all unless you dont mind paying every month just to access those “FREE” games haha. Might as well just buy the games you want
Great video dude I love seeing videos where people show so much passion and love for video games. I've had a vita for a while now and just browsing threw some videos to see what other jrpgs I should get and your collection helped me allot there xD keep up the awsome work and I just subscribed :)
Man you got me going into every ebgames (Canadian GameStop) to find vita games. I totally missed the boat though as I am sure eBay sellers have cleaned them out. I can't find many games below $15 - $20 even used. It's crazy that I had a vita since day one and I thought nobody cared about only now found out it's so hard to collect for and its not even dead. Thankfully I've been buying all the new games off amazon for the last few years so it's the older games I need. Love the videos and thanks for spreading the word about vita.
Hyped Up!!.. My Vita 2000 is Being Delivered Today from Amazon!!.. Also Ordered COD Black Ops Declassified and AC Liberation!!.. Oh, I Think I have Jak & Dexter Collection+ Sly Cooper Thieves in Time Digitally!!.. Hoping My 8 GB Memory Card Holds up??.. Gamer Life. ✌️
i am a big vita fan... well the early stuff, I buy what I can and d-load the other stuff, i been watching your vita vids... shoot i watch the all. and your collection is crazy !!!! I just go for the games that i like or, what i can get a hold of... there are some games that i wish i can find... like madden , maybe on day... but thanks for the guide !!!!
I hate how they stopped updating the user interface and the online store. I want a tab that removes the ps3 games from my purchaced games download list.
I just started getting more serious in collecting for the Vita. I am not going for anything complete just getting games I think I will play at some point. Trying to get my hands on those limited run games..
Sadly, unlike the PSP, there are no adapters for Vita memory cards. There must be some serious security on those cards, because I would have expected to see one by now.
It's always good to order from LRG, at any point if you change your mind, you can sell what you got for more a little more than what you paid for it. It's very much unlike a car.
Great video man! I recently like 5 months ago got into the vita. It's been great. The only thing I'm not keen on is the no manuals. It's just depressing to open up a game and see the lonely cart in there.. :(
I personally love my vita, at first i wasn't sure about my decision but now i love it. I have decided to start collecting games since i already have a lot (33 physical vita games, 6 digital vita games, 7 ps1 games, 6 psp games, 15 indies, and 2 minis) im have my eye set on 65 more ps vita games, maybe I'll upload a video of my collection one of these days.
Akator Niirmer I'm with you. I got my Vita last month and wasn't sure if I should have bought it due to it going out. Well even though it kind of a dead system I love this damn this. The games look and play great and it's cool to just put it in my bag and go knowing that if I want to I can pull it out anywhere and play a quality looking game. There may not be a lot of games coming out for it, but for someone who just got it there is a decent library out there already and for cheap. I already have nine games for it and I didn't break the bank to get them.
Great video, glad I found you, just subscribed :) I just got my first Vita last week, got a white Japanese model. I was a bit iffy about getting it (hense why it took so long lol) and I can already say I love it, its awesome to be able to play my PS4 in my backyard with the remoteplay :D Now I gotta start collecting for it, only have 1 game so far (P4 golden).
That's a great game to start with. The Vanillaware games are good too (Dragon's Crown, Odin Sphere, Muramasa Rebirth)... Tales of Hearts R and Trails of Cold Steel are great JRPGS.
Fantastic guide and thanks for posting the list! I am pretty close to a complete collection and this really helps. Also, I just picked up an early copy of oddworld strangers wrath at PSX check it out :)
I have a question .... on the Japan import the x and o buttons are switched..... I was told that you can hold the ps button and switch em to US layout.... how true is that?
Jermaine Anderson if you get a slim (2000) model you won't need any accessories to start with, unless you want to get a case or screen protector. But these are pretty durable without. I've dropped my slim vita on concrete several times. no cracks, works great. If you get the older model you will need to get a memory card right away. since it doesn't have the 1gb onboard that the 2000 model has.
just watched another of your vids on the vita, do you have some kind of list we can use for all the USA physical releases? id love to have something I can just check off as I get :)
I have a shitton of digital Vita games, partly because it's really difficult to find any Vita games, let alone affordable ones, where I live (read: Sweden).
I am always grateful for the digital games I got through PS+ whenever I go on trips. I don't like to bring a bunch of different Vita carts with me, so it's convenient for that. There is so much more digital content to choose from too. I just wish they supported micro SD. I've already used up a good majority of my 64gb card.
Hello I like your clips. do you have a European vita list also? So far i have 120 vita games all mixed , some usa, some uk versions, some asia english versions like gundan breaker 3. i also went crazy on the memory cards. lol 2x64gb, 1x32 gb and 2 x 8gb.
I'm debating whether or not I should buy the Vita... I had the PSP with over 50 physical games and for me it was the best handheld ever but the vita has a lack of support for regular action games, since I'm not into japanese at all (maybe I could buy persona4 but that's it) I don't know if I should buy the console or not. Also I have a PS4 and a 3DS and I'm not a fanboy or anything
If you don't like Japanese games like JRPGs, rythm game, etc, I would say not to go for it. There are a fuckton of amazing digital indie titles that are really good on the go, so if you like that, go for it.
I do games Oops, I think you had misunderstood my question. I know that DLC for import games is only available in the PSN store of the region the game was originally sold in, but what I had heard (and wanted to confirm) is whether the console itself connects only to the PSN store of the region it came from? It would suck if I got a Japanese Vita and couldn't connect to the US PSN Store with it. :(
I do games Oh sweet! Thanks for clearing that up. I don't know anyone that has an import PS Vita. At least now I know I'll have options for purchasing a 2000 model in case my 1000 ever dies out on me. :)
I switch between a Sony RX10 Mark 3 (DSLR) and a Panasonic WX970 (Camcorder). But really any DSLR camera is going to give you the best image. Good close-ups, color range and aperture control if you want to blur the background - or not. They are usually just limited to the amount of continuous record time. 15-30 mins depending on brand. Where most camcorders are only limited by your memory card size. Unfortunately for this video, I didn't realize I was out of focus - if only I had someone else operating the camera this time.
I do games thanks for the answe man, pretty great collection i have to ask how do you know about all vita releases I usually never know whats comming out.
Senran Kagura Estival Versus, it was on sale at Jet.com for $20, now the sale is over. Amazon currently has it at $29.99, but I'd keep an eye on it. It's been going down in price since it's release date. Includes game, art book, sound track, cards and collectors box. Some of the art card sets would sell between $30 and $60 by themselves. So if you are only interested in the game, you can sell the additional contents on eBay or something.
you guys get ps vita games so much cheaper than in Australia. coz of the exchange rate the prices are almost double and theres a lot less places in Australia who sells vita games
I know when the 64gb card came out that was the maximum size you could get in micro sd size cards. Now with the introduction of 128gb, 200gb, and 256gb mico sd cards it sucks Sony will never make anything larger.
Yeah, it's stupid that we are forced to deal with the limitations of the past. I really wish that Sony would have doubled down on security and just made these things micro SD compatible.

Oddly enough, sports sim is perfectly suited for handheld. It's really a shame that this handheld has been ignored by most mainstream American developers, and Sony of America.
Sony is disbanding their own unit they focus on ps4 and erickson. If they built a huge user base by developing huge library of aaa exclusives then this could have saved the vita.
Vita is the best! i have 161 US games currently, the two rarest i'm missing are Natural Doctrine and Breach and Clear. I think i'm missing like 24 games and 10 of them are freaking Lego Games lol
Yeah, I waited a long time for the Lego games to significantly drop in price. Only certain ones would, like Lego Batman 2 and a few others. I was like, no way I'm paying $20 for any of the Lego games.
John kind of a hit or miss. I wouldn't recommend it, mine died a week ago and it sucks cause Sony America doesn't offer support for 64gb cards, so I basically lost ~$100. I ordered a 16gb and honestly if you're fine with deleting games when you're done with them it's more than enough space to hold 3 big games and a handful of smaller Indie titles.
I've had mine for 1 year or even more but I barely play videogames so I'm worried since I started playing again recently to try and get the stress off my head, also makes me go back to when life was simpler and I loved playing.
John Dude, I totally get that. Keep your head clear and enjoy some games. Best times in my life when I had free time and played games. It's a great escape. Also, you can always backup your saves using content manager too. Have fun.

Great breakdown on the vita. A totally underrated system.
I absolutely love this system! I have thought about collecting cause I think this will be a round about console in the future.

41 Vita games and next one is on it's way (Fate/Extella LE), Vita has some great games for us the niche collectors.

Nice opening!
I hate how they stopped updating the user interface and the online store. I want a tab that removes the ps3 games from my purchaced games download list.
I just got a Vita 2000 in box with 32gb card and a old 2DS both for....
wait for it....
$80... SCORE!!!
5 years late, but a deal doesn’t get better than that!
I just started getting more serious in collecting for the Vita. I am not going for anything complete just getting games I think I will play at some point. Trying to get my hands on those limited run games..
Great video, glad to see people still standing by the vita in its dying days, I really did also prefer it over 3DS
HAHA was watching your videos and was on the fence on subbing and instant subbed after seeing that body pillow joke
yes I noticed that alot of people are getting Ps Vitas now.
We could've gotten there support back when the Vita needed it!!!!
I still want a white hatsune miku vita
whats the largest that will fit using an adapter? I have some micro 256 cards to burn
Sadly, unlike the PSP, there are no adapters for Vita memory cards. There must be some serious security on those cards, because I would have expected to see one by now.
I do games Bummer... I'm using 32 gig atm and its small.
I just found out LRG and im not sure if i should start buying games now from them now even though im late.
Um, why not?
DatGameCollector He asked why not.
Mizgala28 Since he doesn't reply, I'm guessing he's one of those people that just like to hate something that is trending for no reason.
AChosenOptimist he probobly is salty that he missed out on some games and now is butthurt about it.

Where can I find a list of all the US releases? I've got about 110 of them so far.
www.tweeg.psoarchive.com/collect/the_vita_r1_checklist.pdf
I have a question .... on the Japan import the x and o buttons are switched..... I was told that you can hold the ps button and switch em to US layout.... how true is that?
Yes, the buttons are switched. You can switch it back if you go to settings/accessibility/button assignments.
Anyone know a good place to find a list of all the physical games for the vita? Looking for a list so I can start looking for the games.
Tweeg keeps an up-to-date listing of all Region 1(North American) and Region 2 (European) titles at: www.tweeg.psoarchive.com/collect/
Thanks
Thats a good informative video right here. Vita for Life!
Ps vita games are one of the only games that stay the same price everywhere even in Australia where we pay $80 for games that came out months ago
Ps vita, 3DS XL and Nintendo switch are my handheld consoles.
How are you feeling about the vita now when switch is around ?
how are you feeling about switch when pc and ps4 are around ?

Since you have one, maybe you can confirm - aren't import versions of the PS Vita tied to the PSN store of the region that it comes from?
Correct, you can't get the DLC for imports unless you have a PSN account from that same region.
I do games Oops, I think you had misunderstood my question. I love the ps vita, I have the new 3ds xl and it is good but I always play the vita over the 3ds.

Cool intro. Where'd you get the Persona 4 shirt?
Thanks. I got mine as a gift. But these were given out at the Anime Expo 2008 Atlus panel to announce the US release of P4.
I love it.
I think it's cheaper to buy a 64gb and buy the digital games.
Physical games are so expensive.
what a great video! what camera do you use to record them?
I follow most of the primary publishers of physical Vita games on twitter.
I hope the developers of persona 5 consider doing ps vita version of the game!!!
Which is that limited edition game that you mentioned was over produced and it's only like $20 now? By the way cool new intro
Senran Kagura Estival Versus, it was on sale at Jet.com for $20, now the sale is over. Amazon currently has it at $29.99, but I'd keep an eye on it.
