Thank you so much! I couldn’t get the key out at one point and nearly gave up heart and called the locksmith. But then I followed your steps exactly and it worked. God bless!
Thank you so much. This is such an excellent, no-nonsense and clear tutorial. It saved me a major headache when coming across this brand of latch for the first time. Your presentation style is incredibly helpful :)
You solved my problem removing an old one of these. You showed a clear push forward of the housing that wasn't evident in other videos. The one I removed must have been put in over fresh varnish which acted as a glue. So before watching your video when I tried to get it off it didn't move, and I thought I'd missed something. But after watching it I just applied a tiny bit more effort and 'pop', it slid forward. Thanks.
Thanks - I put the little round bit that sits inside the case upside down and my lock was hard to operate. Watching this and flipping the little round bit the right way up made the lock operate smooth as silk! :)
My instruction sheet says to put the hub on first then screw one cylinder screw in, turn it 90 degrees and screw the second cylinder screw. It's then too hard for me to turn the key You put the screws in first then the hub and turn it 180 degrees. Why is there a difference? Are the printed instructions with the lock wrong?
Hello I have several of these Nintendo games and watches which have black spotches on the screens. Do I need new lcd screens or can they be fixed by another method. Thank you
If it's new style it'll be the same as the one above, just snap the small tab off the driver and undo external cylinder screws as usual. if it's old style, drill it off the door and replace with something better, like the one above :)

thank you so much, seriously !!!!
This helped so much. Thank you
Excellent presentation
Is there any way to remove it *without* the key?
The key is lost and I want to get it recylindered.
Unfortunately not without breaking it, unless you've got a friend who's handy with a set of lock picks.
@Jacinta Stamkovski turned out it was a NMB lock (on a front gate), so I was able to get a master key made up to enable me to remove the whole thing.
Great demo Jacinta, very thorough!!
Can you do one on a domestic dead bolt?
Have you been doing abit of locksmithing
I am a locksmith, have been doing it for a few years now :)

Thanks mate 😃
What if you don’t actually have the key? How do you spin it to get the screw out?
You can snap the little tab off the driver if you want. It sits in the plate fine without it
Silly video that shows you nothing ...
It shows everything maybe you are slow.
