One thing to consider is to use power of 2 sized texture (like 512x512)! Otherwise game engines will automatically size them and it'll make the image blurry or stretched, it won't look perfect. For rendering in Blender it's fine.
Thank you, I hope it was helpful! :D Yes kind of, I am actually getting ready to start a devlog like series on the channel about some projects I am working on here as well, so please keep an eye out for that! Will be a lot more of these things then!
I followed your tutorial, and like you, I only have three nodes in Shading mode: Image -> Diffuse BSDF -> Material Output. But after exporting to FBX, my model has no texture. I set Path Mode to “Copy” and check “Embeded Texture”, but it didn't bring any change. Have you encountered a similar problem?
Hi, ah right I think I have had similar issues. Are you trying to export the mesh for use in some engine outside of blender? I think in general the texture itself will not export with the mesh, just the assigned material. So you have to import the texture file to your game engine / rendering software as well and apply it to the meshes material :) I hope that helps, or if it's another issue please let me know!
@@PixelPerfect_Dev, it is as you say. I had to import FBX and a PNG as textures into UE5 separately and combine them in the mesh edit view. Thanks for reply!
Oh, I do not have Avast but I have not noticed any issues with it. If you download it from the developers website there should not be any problems as far as I know at least. renderhjs.net/shoebox/

That is true, it's best to resize images to the correct dimensions before using in a game engine! :D
I just downloaded blender, wish me luck 😅
How fun! Best of luck to you and feel free to reach out if there is anything you need further help with! :D
Off topic, where did you get your desktop background? It speaks to me
You can find it here www.reddit.com/r/wallpapers/comments/hdtv4g/forest_rays_38402160/?rdt=47939 :)

@@Pietrasy Great to hear it got resolved! :)
is this legal?
I mean as long as you do not use copyrighted images or do not change them up at all and use them in things you sell it should be all fine :)
