    What was great to hear was Chef Mitchell's belief that the "team" makes the restaurant successful. But the real "magic" was his responce to the guests who were not enamored with their meal...he did not ridicule them...he simply gave them their money back...! Cheers!

    Over a year? This interview must have been filmed at least a year ago? Because that restaurant is well over a year old.
