Maybe next time you can do some more editing by showing us pictures or have a clip playing while you're on the topic of those specific species just to make things a little more entertaining other than a long talk, but still good information!
Followed you on IG. I have a breeding pair of fine spot leucs. My male calls as lot, just like yours. I love thst sound!! Great video bud, cant wait for the next one!
Thanks!! I would love to get some fine spots, but they are pretty uncommon in Canada still. I do know someone near me that's working with them now though, so maybe later this year I'll be able to get some...
How often do you recommend adding springtails and isopods. Cause I do see the frogs eat them sometimes and I have no idea how many are still in the tank
I do want to do a video about her, but I might wait until I get her moved into her permanent enclosure before I do an in-depth video. I might do a quick update video on her and her temporary enclosure this week though.
I'm not sure, I don't think I've ever seen a mealworm small enough that I would feed it to most darts though. Mealworms aren't the most nutritious feeders though, so you probably wouldn't want to use them as a staple feeder anyway.
Yeah when I first got interested in keeping dart frogs I had no idea about anything. From setting up a bioactive system, so culturing fruit flies, whether or not they were poisonous in case one escaped and my cats got it. Now that I know what I'm doing I cant reccomend dart frogs enough. They're so cool. So beautiful. So easy to care for. I have a couple auratus, and 3 amazonicas. Next on my list are leucomelas, and r. Vanzolinii. Definitely gonna check out more of your vids.
Thanks for your explanation on these topics. There are always alot of different opinions when it comes to these things. I appreciate that you took the time to explain your opinion. Thanks man!
Yeah, that is something I've been working on... I definitely need to maintain my focus on the lens more. I think it gets a bit better in my later videos but I still forget sometimes.
thanks for the video man. I was looking into raising some dart frogs in the near future. Got most of my questions answered here. Nice exhibits!
Thanks for watching! Glad it was helpful!

Can we see an in-depth video on the giant day gecko and it's tank. Love the vids! Keep doing what your doing!

Would a dart frog be dangerous to pets, dogs or cats, if the frog Escapes and is eaten by a house pet.?
Probably not, they are not poisonous when fed a captive diet
Hallo, how often do you feed them?
thanks
Luca
About every other day
Thx for the info... just got into dart frogs and tree frogs...have multiple snakes and lizards but frogs are new to me and I’m really loving them!
How about lesser Mealworm? They are very small enough?

New subscriber here, I’m really enjoying your channel! Thinking about setting up a ranitomeya habitat, I’m learning a lot. Thanks! 🐸
Thanks for watching and subscribing! Glad I can help!
Really cool. Thanks for posting this very well descriptive video. The clip at the end was also a nice touch. I'm your 201st subscriber. 😁
Glad you enjoyed it, and thanks for the subscription!
@@NorthernFrogger no prob. 😉
Are u located in Canada ? thx
Yes, I'm in Calgary :)
@@NorthernFrogger Kool, thought so, great channel!
What amount of frogs do you need to breed to start making money on the side?
Pick a spot and stop moving your eyes around. It’s super hard to watch with you looking so distracted. Thanks for the info.

@@NorthernFrogger Don't worry, I think it's totally natural and authentic.
