FYI, Kymco hired German firm Naumann Design to come up with the shape of the Venox, this firm also did a lot of work for Honda over the years as well as Kymco themselves so it may not be so much as a copy of the Magna as there seems to be the same family blood running through it's veins, it's a more modern re-design that overall looks and goes much better. www.naumann-design.de/motorbike/venox/ I love mine, more than 2 years riding it and I cannot fault it except for 5th gear, it's just an Over drive gear with little pull however upgrading the rear sprocket from the stock 39 tooth to 44 tooth gives much better power through all gears and has proven to help on fuel economy.
I paid $5000 new and put over 28,000 miles on my 2005 Venox before passing it on to my son. It's 30hp 250cc V-Twin kept up with all group rides. Maguires polish helped keep all the chrome bright. The MemphisShades Del Rey windscreen helped it hit 105mph, (laying down, of course). 5th Gear Customs 2 into 1 header and a HD Sportster muffler replaced the original exhaust.
its a second-hand gopro 3 white with a cheap $10 mic i got off eBay. But my helmets pretty good and doesnt let much wind noise in. i place the mic right infront of my mouth. when ive got some money i will upgrade to a couple of gopro5 and a mp3 recorder plus a drone lol hope that helps
Hey guy if the owner of this bike still has it any chance you guys could do a video of an oil and filter change ? as there aren't any .oh i know this is 3 years old but your comment about replacing parts with honda parts ,i was told by a mechanic, thats something one shouldn't do and he was adamant about that .
Hey mate yeah my friend dosnt have it any more. My local machanic was the one the told me about it being honda parts... thanks for the comment sorry i cant help
@@BrettJoy Woa! that was fast ..and thanks for the very quick reply ..man i tell you ''mate '' ( and i say with a wink) that there must be hundreds or more of changing the oil and filter on hundreds of different bike videos , but not one on the venox ..lol Oh and if i may add the mechanic all so said one could be in a heap of trouble .i think he said the fit may not be right.
I had a Venox some time ago... Ah the joys of this 250! I also had a Magna too but sure miss the little Venox. Great bike, great fun and looks at a very, very affordable price I would suggest this mod: ua-cam.com/video/WSm5KAZ2jMM/v-deo.html Ride safe!

Wow, nice tip right there!
Gonna try that, do you still have it? How many miles - KM did you put on it?
@@omarmangudo3232 Yes I've still got it but I hardly ride anymore. It's only got about 12,000km on it.
@@DontKnowLetsGo Why tho? I really like to make escapes from time to time with it.
U still happy ? Using it ?

Jeff Veraart yes think its a pretty good bike

Discovered one being sold for $700 runs and rides good, so I think I’m going to go for it since it’s very inexpensive.

I really want to buy this model. but i-m not sure how big the moto is..
A 6.1 ft person can sit confortably on it??
+Valentin Mitiu I think you would be fine on it. I'm just a little under 6 ft. the bike has a pretty big frame hope that helps
Brett Joy thank you very much
6'3" here..... the Venox was my starter bike, I rode it everyday as a commuter for 1.5 years. I found it comfortable enough for daily riding.
The chrome is it's appeal
Its pretty strong

Some believe he has been and gone about 200 years ago
@@BrettJoy He's coming soon. Jesus came and died on the Cross like 2,000 years ago. He's coming again soon.
