If you change the engine oil regularly as you should and lub the cables and the chains then there should be minimal problems. The magnet in the ac generator (if the same the the quannon 150) might need to be changed as the stock one is too powerful and could fry the AC/DC converter so if you hear strange buzzing sounds when u accelerate then have a mechanic look at the generator. There is a better brand which should be widely available (here in Taiwan at least) which will solve that problem.
I had a Venox some time ago... Ah the joys of this 250! Great bike, great fun and looks at a very, very affordable price I would suggest this mod: ua-cam.com/video/WSm5KAZ2jMM/v-deo.html If you are starting out in the custom cruiser world and don’t want to spend tons of money, you won’t go wrong with this small cruiser! Ride safe!
I bought mine new two years ago and so far I've only ridden it for 1,700 miles with no problem, no scheduled maintenance yet per manufacturer's standard...here check out the owner's manual via this link www.kymcousa.com/owners/onroad/Venox250.pdf
