My boss is retaliating against me and creating a hostile work environment for me after i told them about possible need to go on fmla due to medical issues. They denied me a raise, told me i wasn't good enough and my boss hired his friend who is doing all of my work and being combative with me for correcting his work even after they asked me to qc his work. HR manager doesn't care either.
Can a person be fired by a supervisor even after that person spoke with their HR director and was told they were following FMLA correctly? In other words can a supervisor say you the person is not getting their work done even when infact they are?
Second day on the job I was assaulted by my trainer after I spoke to my trainer and asked her not to get my attention by putting her hands on me 2 days later I was abruptly moved to a different department told I wasn't customer service material by my manager and general manager then 3 days later my trainer got promoted
That's just it, Management continue to mistreat employees and members of the board know it, owners know it and employees are afraid to speak up. And what is really sad is that you write to your Congressman or Senator and their aides know these people in management and side with them.

4. Fair Labor act.
5. FML Act.

This class should be mandatory to every employee.

I reported an employer to the inspector general that got everyone fired they lost 5 million dollars.
