Spare Tire Access on Toyota Sienna & Rattling Sound Solved! DIYNate Tightens Spare Tire to Frame!

In this quick video, DIYNate shares how he solved his 'rattling' problem and his noisy issues that he thought was either his doors, or shocks / suspension, only to find it was a loose spare tire hanging off the undercarriage of his Toyota Sienna. He also shares this helpful video to show people how to access the spare tire compartment on a 2011 (and many other years) Toyota Sienna in hopes this video will help people skip the user manual and quickly be able to access the information they need for a roadside tire change.

In this video, DIYNate walks through how he solved the rattling mystery on his 2011 Toyota Sienna minivan and dealt with tightening the spare tire to the base of the vehicle ensuring the rattling sound stopped and now knowing where the spare tire is on the vehicle and how to access.
Note, in the video, DIYNate does not have the correct socket to tighten / loosen the spare tire (used vehicle he bought didn't come with it), so he opts to use a tire cross / wrench / iron to tighen the lug. Most people should be able to use the supplies that come with the jack and be able to loosen or tighten their spare tire.
