When quarantine started my friends and I started going to the gym, we even made individual workout plans. I started meal prepping for myself and some of them too. A few weeks back I remembered my dad boxed in his youth and I wanted to get into boxing to enhance my work at the gym. Great explanation. Where I train and practice, boxing and savate, the trainers don’t go so deep. Maybe because, when you have many athletes, you cannot have the same dedication for everyone. In any case, this lesson is very interesting.
