Hey guys, today on my channel we are reacting to some people who were called out on social media! I think a lot of people lie on social media...myself included. Whether its photoshop, lying about having a girlfriend, or just pretending your life is far more interesting than it actually is -- if you're going to lie on social media, be prepared to get CALLED OUT.

Celebrities don't owe you a picture, especially when they are with their families.

    • @katiechisholm
      @katiechisholm 2 роки тому +18

Yes! This! I think people forget that the celebrity doesn’t know THEM and will respond like any normal human being would respond to someone pushing through their kids. Celebrities are allowed to have boundaries!

In other words, we still have to remember that, just like us fans, celebrities are still normal people with needs, wants, likes, dislikes, and priorities. It’s like that girl with the photo, you thought Terry Crews was being rude to you when in fact you didn’t see that he was with his family spending quality time. She intruded on his personal time.

THIS I know it’s a year late but I don’t care how much I love somebody and maybe want a pic if they are clearly with family I would respect that if it’s not the time for a picture I would just say okay and nice meeting them hell I would love just being in the moment

This is so true! I was so upset and embarrassed when my now late husband approached Neil McCoy in a restaurant, where he sat with his wife and kids, and asked Neil to say hello to me (and give an autograph, I believe). I was mortified! And yet, he is such a nice man that he was happy to do it! It was our anniversary (our 4th or 5th, I believe), and my late husband did it as an impromptu gift. It was awesome, but I did feel really bad!

I could never ask a celebrity for a picture. It’s just weird. They don’t have a clue who you are and it must get pretty old pretty fast for them to get it all the time. They have off days too and you never know why they may not be in the mood for it

The guy calling out the American history tweet is AMAZING!! I swear no one ever talks about the Japanese internment camps! I’m part Japanese and thankfully my family was still in Japan during that time but if my family had moved here just 2 years earlier, they would’ve been thrown in there. Teaching people about it is really important to me so I’m thrilled he let them know!

Beeshie Lilly Steele are you referring to those POWs who actively killed millions of innocent babies, kids, and families (My great grandparents being 2 of those casualties)... when they bombed Japan multiple times? Yep, got to love those Americans who always look passed all the horrendous things America has done and try to make excuses or leave dumb ass comments like yours! 😒 you clearly think America is some saint of a country fighting for “freedom” and being the “good guy.” It’s mind boggling that you’re really trying to compare American POWs and Japanese internment camps. Camps where every single Japanese American was forced to go. They took their homes and never gave them back. They took babies, kids, elderly people, etc to those camps even if they were born in America and had no ties to Japan. Hell, they even took those who were only part Japanese! And, me stating that I’m glad someone spoke up about it is completely irrelevant to whatever you’re saying. So, Karen, take a seat! 😒🙄

My mom had cancer twice and while she was nearly done with chemo, a girl walked up to me in school.
She told me she needed to talk to me for a bit, in the corner of the staircase, because she heard my mom had cancer.
I noticed she was the same girl that had bullied me before, from a different classroom, but she was very quiet and shy now.
She asked me to talk a bit about my mom and what kind of cancer she head. I told her and I said; 'My classroom bullies me with it, for months now.'
When she said; 'Omygod that's awful' I went into detail on what they had said.
Some boys had told me that they hoped she'd die, they'd shown graphic pictures of surgeries or went and fantasized about funerals, botched operations, my future and how I could probably get it too. And what kindof horrible surgeries would await me, leaving my body, as they said; 'even more ugly than it already is.'
Either way, I said it was nice to speak to someone that was friendly for a change. The girl said; 'Well I know what you're going through, my mom has cancer too.'
I said; 'Really, oh wow, I didn't know that. What kind of cancer?' and she said; 'It's in her face, there is no cure, it'll probably just spread. She's had surgeries, but the main surgery is one that she doesn't want. So she'll probably just...die, I guess. She is stubborn and doesn't want it.'
I said; 'Can't you tell her she needs to get it? In order to stay alive? What stage cancer is it?' and she said; 'Oh it's the last stage, she is slowly dying. The cancer is in her nose at the moment, so the only solution would be to remove it.."
      I said; 'To...remove her nose?'
And she said; 'Yes, to remove her nose. She'll just have a face with a hole in it and she doesn't want that.'
I stared at her for a bit and then carefully asked; '...really?'
To which she screamed; 'Ofcourse not, dumb bitch' and threw her drink all over my head. It splashed in my face, hair, all around me on the floor and she laughed loudly and shoved me, after which she ran off, screaming how much of an idiot I was for falling for that. Of course the teachers told me to 'rinse my hair in the bathroom' and 'ignore her' and she just got away with it.
I'm glad to say my mom survived the cancer though and it was not the kind you can give to your children, so that doesn't mean we can't have it, but we won't inherit it (if that's the term.)

It wasn’t the measles, but I got the chicken pox twice. My mom took my sister to the doctor and he said that she did have the chicken pox. My mom was telling him how weird it was because I had more spots that looked like chicken pox then my sister had. He proceeded to tell her that I had chicken pox too. She told him that couldn’t be right since I’d already had them. Turns out that you can get chicken pox more than once, although it’s not common. The more you know

We had three grocery stores but people came from miles around to our stores. But considering the fact, I've lived in major cities (Tampa, Atlanta, Orlando), I always think of my town as small. Because so many people have moved to Florida, the area near the coast that had fast food etc. because of the highway is now like that picture. @@jglynn8651 Yeah imagine being that ignorant. I'm a European watcher so naturally hearing 'white privilige' and WW2 in the same sentence gets me pissed. There were millions of white people who died over here, more then non-whites because whilst the BLM crowd loves to point out Nazis hunted POC, there are far less people from African descent in Europe, especially prior to WW2 they were a very small group and other ethnic groups like gypsies and jews have been here for millenia and got some white blood by now. I don't know how many Asians were here at the continent, but not as much as there are now either.
One of my great grand parents were from old money in the Dutch south, and my great granddfather was actually a sugar smuggler when a man in his position easily could have turnt to the NSB and benefitted from it. But he did the right thing, and he was caught. They didn't kill him, but they did beat him so severely his health never recovered from it which contributed to his early death. He was priviliged even compared to some other whites, but chose to help the less unfortunate. Ignoring the actions of people like my great grandfather because they were white is sickening to me.
