I am homeschooling a 12 year old and 16 year old. I am using bullet journal for us all now! I keep track of lessons to be done, our weekly schedule ect. They have daily journal prompts, gratitude log, something learned and dream journals. Weekly they have goals, quotes. Monthly they have trackers (which includes chores) spelling/stumped words that we use as next months spelling/vocabulary words, doodle challenges, handwriting challenges, and a pen pal tracker (they are required to write at least 2 a month) but they keep track of who has written them back and when the last time they wrote to them. Then yearly we have Big goals, running wish list, field trip ideas, basic everyday schedule, and a about me page that has been a big eye opener! Thanks for your video, maybe I will do one soon and show these! ;)
Never thought of adding bloom's to my bujo - great idea. I also like the general idea of a dashboard - will have to adapt that for my college teaching activities
I finally decided to do a teacher bullet journal and yours by far has been the most helpful, useful and organiZed. Will def separate this from my personal.
Your bujo looks great. I am not a teacher however I still love the organization techniques you are using to stay on task. I really love your teachers dashboard with the different color post it notes. I have some similar to it but I don't have them all in one place. Great idea. Thanks for sharing.
BRAVO! The best of luck to you, especially with that confusing (at least to me) schedule. Much respect from a retired teacher. And sooo glad the bujo is helping you. It would have helped me too.
This is pretty amazing. I'm a first year teacher at the high school level and I wish I found your teacher bullet journal videos earlier this year! I've been looking and trying to gather information and different ways I can keep track of everything. When I was student teaching I would take notes and make list plans/agendas and that has carried over. However, that was when I was student teaching and I want something more concrete(?) than that. I really like the running log of parent/student contact and Bloom's Taxonomy spread that you have, as well as the dashboards with the post-it notes. Thank you so much for sharing and I am definitely going to try out some of the things you have!
Thank you for posting these videos! I'm student teaching this year and looking for ways to be organized as I take over more teaching duties in the classroom. I'd love to see any updates you have!
Thank you for another video 💕 ! I really enjoyed seeing your teacher bullet journal update ! I think I just saw you at Target, but I was scared to approach you ! Thank you again for such an amazing video and Happy Planning !
I am traveling between two schools this year and post-its are how I am keeping it all together as well. Do you also use any tech for lesson plans? I keep plans on a Google Sheet so I can share and collaborate with other teachers and then print off each week as it comes.
here in malaysia we have the "official lesson plan" which we can only fill in with black pen with no decos and colours =.= so i decided to make anoter lesson plan for my personal use in class with a more colourful and detailed explanation of what i want to do that day. watching your videos made me realise that i can do more than just plan a lesson in my personal lesson plan! thank you and i would surely try this next year because we only have about one and a half month left before the end of school year 2016 XD thanks for sharing your spreads ^^
Alexandra-can you give me the dimensions on the B5 journal, please? I seem to be "journal challenged" with all of the different sizes. TIA for any help you can give.
I'm not a bullet journaler, but you've given me some great ideas for my teacher binder. Thanks! May I ask, just out of curiosity, what is your first period everyday (the period 0)?
This is the best example of a teacher BuJo i have found. I am so 'borrowing' some of your layouts! Keep up the fab work!
I'm so glad it's working out for you. It looks amazing!

Your bujo is so kick ass! There is no way I could find the time to get started on something like this. You so rock!

I'd love to see another update video about this!
I kind of being waiting for the update on the journal too!
Will you be doing a video now that you've had an entire school year in your teacher bullet journal?
Could you please show us how looks your teacher bullet journal for this school year? :) I need some inspiration:) Have a nice day.

So helpful! Thank you for sharing, I teach University Level and your tips will help me a lot.
Greetings from Mexico!
Are you going to do another teacher bullet journal? Can you do another update?
Hi, where did you get the blooms taxonomy?
Alexandra, have you added a video about adding a discipline spread in your teacher bullet Journal? If so would you reply with the link to it.

Is that going to last a semester?

Michele Leblanc She uses a 10"x7" journal according to her Teacher Bullet Journal video.
You have a really nice voice!

Maybe that's her planning?
just sent this to my friend who is a teacher *^^*
do you rock back and forth? you don't have to reply to this, i just noticed that the table is shaking rhythmically
It's really hard to follow what you are saying. Can you either write it out or edit?
