After weeks of struggling a little with schedule, work, and burning the candle from both ends, this is probably the stream I'm looking forward the most. Something beautiful might be happening in my homeland, and I just got long desired musical treasures to share with you, alongside a few threads started in the past few weeks that are unfolding deeper into esoteric corners of some fave musicians' discography. And it is a wonderful feeling, as if you were getting closer to the core of the matrix of creativity. So yes, this should be one of those weeks, and I hope to share this with the most possible music and record lovers possible, no bittersweetness today!

Great stream, always enjoy the musical education/information and community. Love to hear the weird stuff (you can have the breathy vocal pysc folk stuff!!) But I especially love to hear your jazz, dub and world/ethnic music choices. 🙏

Daisy Rickman HOWL is absolutely fantastic! Recorded in Mousehole... you can't go wrong with a place named like that! Ryan Van Kriedt (Brian Jonestown Massacre, Dead Skelletons) is in the credits (mastered by...)! The track sunflowers of your mind has a strong BJM feel to it! I'm happy i preordered the black vinyl version early from her bandcamp. The golden one is now sold out too!

The 5LP of Greek Contemporary music sometimes appears in certain vinyl shops in Grece.
Amazing Stuff. Christou's "Mysterion "still remains one of the most otherworldly records ever.
Poland shares a common otherworldiness in my opinion. Interestingly enough that quality was expressed in their cinema as well which is not the case for Greece.

Cheers Manuel, and thank you for the support/tipping, much appreicated. I find that album stunning, one of their two best, for sure. I wasn't initially sold on Cyclobe, with their first CD, but it grew on me, and now I can't wait for new music by them.
Daisy Rickman's was wonderful. I think that we find it so attractive because there is a cultural need in our days to revisit that kind of sound. A need related to something beyond the "strictly musical". Just a guess, though.
Great selection! I wish i could to the festival. Maybe next year. Hoping for Tor Lundvall, Daisy Rickman and Oi les Ox in the 2025 lineup!
