    I'm currently on a huge weight loss journey myself. I have to lose about 112 pounds and I've lost 7 pounds and 3 inches off my waist so far. My tip is to have like a "bad bitch" playlist on my phone. Every time I play it I really feel like motivated to work out and eat better and it gives me sort of an energy high so working out is more fun.

      elliekinzz1 generally rap music lol. Cause it really pumps me up. Like anything by Cardi B really gets me in the mood. But for most genres of music you can find music that's like self positive

    Here’s some tips:
    Switch out chips for low cal popcorn/ healthy snacks
    Switch out candy for 70-80% dark chocolate
    Switch out all juices and soda for water
    Switch out hamburger buns/white bread for rice cakes
    Don’t eat (too many) frozen foods
    Follow the exercises mentioned.
    Cut down on complex carbs
    Eat lots of fruit and veggies
    Drink lots of water
    Watch the weight disappear! 🤗

    BIGGEST CHANGE that's helped me as I've lost almost 20 pounds: STOP SNACKING BEFORE BED!!!!! Omggg this is such a game changer! If I snack a lot in the afternoon I'll often just have a light dinner and then call it quits for the night. It helps me shave off pounds and I barely notice it, even when I have busy days. This is truly one of my holy grail practices ❤️❤️ and the meal prepping tip is also soooo good as well!

      Awesome tip! I'm trying not to eat after 8:00 in the evening because I typically go to bed around 11:00. To anyone else who sees this - drink tea or something in the evening...it's comforting, it fills you a bit, and it's just relaxing.

    You were right!
    So i have been working out for 5months , everyday lately and a couple days ago i cheated and ate chocolate cake and alot of chips. I felt ill and didnt want to workout but after listening to motivational music, I got up and worked out for about an hour. I felt great and still do!!!
    Even if you dont wanna workout.. DO IT
    You will feel bad about cheating but thats okay, we are humans after all. So dont lose hope!! Stay strong friends!! Goodluck!!

      I usually dance because it's the most fun but I usually do leg planks(30 of them) where you just lift your leg up and down, when I tell you it burns so much it'll have you sore in the morning I promise 😂hopefully that helped

    Tip: do not use scales. especially if you work out. if your fat turns into muscle, it won’t show that on the scale. muscle weighs more than fat, so it can be discouraging to see a number not go down, even if you are progressing. go by before and after pictures.

    I found that having water + apple cider vinegar + lemon (+ optional honey) in a warm or cold drink, helps you cleanse your insides! If you drink this before each MAIN meal, you should find you eat less, it's cleans your system and you overall just feel so much better! I lost a bunch of weight by trying this for a month! Really works!
    There's tonnes of recipes for this on the internet, so have fun combining different flavours with your drink.

    My tip: If you are really really craving something, just eat it! Then you will feel so much better after. Then hop back on the wagon and eat clean. For example, i eat clean Mon-Fri and have a cheat meal on Saturday or Sunday :)

    A tip:
    If you like soda or sweet drinks lemon water is sooo good! I sometimes drink lemon cucumber water. I like to take it to school, the movies, theme parks, and activities where you would probably get a sugary drink. Its really helping with being healthier.💓

    Since I still live with my family they seem to make lots of "fattening" foods so in between as snacks I eat fruits and sometimes salads so I don't eat as much fattening dinners as of course I'm losing weight but I'm also using those bed exercises and drinking lots of water as well as walking.. I recently started doing it so not much progress has been made but I know I'm bound to lose A pound

    I started a loss journey and I want to lose around 25 ponds,I lost 4 pounds already,and now I feel more motivated,my biggest tip to lose weight is to be busy. If I `m busy with doing my homeworks ,help my mother with cleaning,or go outside I really forget about food and don`t feel hungry ,this just what works for me,but maybe will work for others too.

      takecare Where does she say she starves herself...? I think what she meant is that people are more likely to snack/eat more if they are bored and have nothing else to do. Many people eat out of boredom, it's a common thing for people to struggle with.

    Pro tip! For drinking water before a meal, if you hate water like yours truly, and don't want a sugary drink, just buy some of that lemon juice in the squeeze bottle, and it instantly adds the slightest hint of flavor to make it so much easier to drink ✌️

    One tip to lose weight: do workouts you actually like and that are fun because you become sooo much more motivated. I like to dance and jump rope and you could also add ankle weights 😊

      the cooking corner if you want to slim your face, then only drink water for a month. Depending on your gender it will determine how much water you're suppose to drink. Your face will slim out dramatically. It happen to me.

      If your overweight your face will slim down but if your at your skinniest and your face is still chubby that's just how your fat stores itself : /

      It depends on your structure. Go on youtube and search lose face fat exercises if it doesn't get slimmer. It happens because if you drink something that detoxes your body it won't detox your face so your face will hold on to water also as your body. You have some stratces to do everday if you want and It will get slimmer and you will lose water fat from your face.

    I've done bed exercises for years now. When I'm on the phone I've always walked around, went up and down the stairs or did bed exercises while talking. It's a good use of the time. I enjoy watching a movie while doing leg lifts. Thank you for the great video 😁😊

    I've got to try this I'm a stay at home mom of 4 kids under the age of 9. I have been trying all kinds of ways to excercise to lose weight even when I have my lazy days. I'm going to try this for a week straight and see if this works for me!!! Love the ideas!!!!

    A few tips that also helps:
    * Take very small bites of your food ! You'll eat less and be less hungry later, as it's sending the message to your brain that you've taken so many bites that you're full.
    * Stay on a schedule ! Go to bed at the same time, wake up at the same time, even on the weekends. Try and make your meals strike at the same time too.
    * Keep snacking minimal ! You'll thank yourself later, plus, if you do get slightly hungry and you're about to eat in like an hour then just get a glass of water, or chew on some bubble gum, trust me, it really does keep your hunger down while you're waiting to eat that meal you've been looking forward to.

    Seriously needed this - I just ate an entire block of cheese melted onto oven chips :( gonna start jogging again methinks, thanks for sharing these wonderful tips. That portobello mushroom pizza idea was pure genius, for sure. Does anyone have any tips to stay on track for us girls who always end up overdoing the wine? My issue is drinking too much, I've gained over 50 lbs since I started university - is there a way to cut down without feeling deprived??

      Oh man I don't know if this helps but maybe change what you're drinking, google what drinks have the least amount of calories in them and try those? And drink water in between the drinks, so if you're having a glass of wine,have a glass of water afterwards so you're not dehydrated. This article might help

    Am I the only who is sick of the replacing carbs thing? Like, you can get whole wheat pasta and bread. Carbs aren't the problem. It's mostly dairy.

      No, just processed sugars. Humans are supposed to eat protein (not exactly fat), vege + fruit (sugars, vitamins etc) and carbohydrates (which is also some fruit and vege like corn, rice etc). Processed sugar are bad tho.

      Bad carbs are a problem. All the sugar gets stored as fat. And you don’t want anything bleached in your body either. That’s why whole/multi grain is the way to go.

    one of my favorite tips is to find healthy foods you loovvee i personally have found an absolute love for Kale salads, salads in general, avacado toast, and also the best foood to eat is whole foods :)

      Not that attitude you won't! In total I had to lose 70 pounds. I've lost 36 so far. That's a little more than halfway there! It took me a while, but I got there and you can too if you don't discourage yourself. You can whatever you want as long as you put your mind and dedication into it!!!
