A bit slow to reply, but I know more or less what’s making the Direct Hit go into the “corners” of the map like that. Basically, the movement speed of the projectile is over the maximum movement speed the game allows, but since the movement speed is probably stored as X velocity, Y velocity, and Z velocity, each of them maxes out individually. So if the cap was 10, your original speed was 1 X, 3 Y, and -7 Z, and you multiply the speed by ten, you get a rocket that’s going in the direction 10 X, 10 Y, and -10 Z - the same 45 degree angle you noticed in the video. I haven’t messed with Source before, but I’ve managed to trigger the exact same behavior modding other games, so while I’m not confident on exact technical details, I think the gist of my explanation is correct.
@@Interstellis Gimmick to do with samwiz1 (Of possible): both of you use the huo long heater while being revved, when you find someone, one of you have to kill bind and pick up the ammo pack, than you fire at the enemy.
The reason the powerjack doesn’t turn you into super sonic is that tf2 has a built in speed cap, at least when holding w(like a lot of other source games). You can actually achieve the max in game with the baby face’s blaster.
And for other non player things, 3500 hu/s is the limit in any coordinate direction, giving a max of just over 6k hu/s max speed (for reference, flares are 2000, rockets are 1100) IRL this is roughly 100m/s
@@Interstellis maybe the deploying animation only keeps you from swinging. passive effects like movement speed and extra jumps are available instantly. you do get reduced move speed when you switch to the skullcutter, not when you can use it

Though, seeing that this is times one million, and that the Panic Attack multiplies the bullets already, it'd probably be much, much more than 105.

The map looks legitimately good. I have a bias towards darker themes and this feels like a colored Limbo/Inside meets Little Nightmares but more soothing. Just make the map bigger with less movement limits, less obstacles in the way to jump and slightly brighter in the pitch black. And you got a great funny map that's upside down.

20x1M= 20m and if the counter that keeps track is below 20m it overflows to (-) and the game sees it that it costs negative ammo and negative is probably seen as 0

X1000 direct hit is insane
In x100 pyro can airblast infinitly and it stacks, x1000000 airblast is bad and broken in bad way

The reason the atomizer doesn’t show is because of it’s slower deploy speed. It is not that it’s gone it is that it is insanely slow to pull out.

Games have limits that the devs set for certain values. Going over those limits will result in overflow, causing the number to turn into 0.

My theory is that source spaghetti can't handle itself times one million, so a few weapons just stop working properly and others change nothing
The reason some things don’t work is probably because it’s so high that it tones it down like the direct hit it’s probably so fast it is inaccurate
