I first started watching when you and Luke would bullshit about everything. Your interviewing skills are on another level now! Sky’s the limit! Good luck 👍 on future endeavors!
This was def one of the best podcast period! You can tell Hany is the best at what he does because he sounds just like Phil Jackson or Nick Saban in how he talks about his process in winning and engaging with his athletes on multiple athletes to bring their best to the forefront year in, year out! A lot of ppl understand the X’s and O’s of sports but few can transcend beyond that
@@tylerschnarr Indeed, but the RBP series in my opinion is such a gem and although from time to time I like to listen to other series, RBP is what I really like from Hoss.
The fact that you two worked together and the way Hany still motivates you to do better is amazing. Such a beautiful person, we all can see the reason why he is so successful, and why his athletes are champions.
There is no question, Hany is by far the best coach. All his current and former clients have had nothing but good things to say about him. That speaks volumes.
Fouad is one of the only UA-camrs that gets to this level that still takes the time to read, like, and respond to comments Gem of the industry! Thank you Fouad!
@Fouad: By far the best bodybuilding podcast out there right now. The different formats [i.e., Bro Chat, traditional interviews] and variety of guests keep it interesting and fresh. Keep doing what you're doing bro, I'm lovin" it! 👊👊
THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THIS POST FOUAD ABIAD. I'M IN TERRIBLE LOWER BACK PAIN AND HAVEN'T BEEN SLEEPING WELL....your podcast just brought me a wave of relief when I got the notification. You're f***in incredible.

I met Phil at the Arnold’s classic, during all the years of Generation Iron.. He was a stand out guy and shared a good moment with him.. No camera rolling
I had the same thing happen to my leg…was a dislocation of the knee, worst pain in my life but thankfully it recovered just fine after about half a year
Fouad The Gluten in the Pasta 🍝 made you forget the Pasta convos with Hany!! 😂 😂 😂 Hey that’s a New Podcast right Their “Pasta Convos With Hany and Fouad” 🤣
It’s actually pretty common for people to not get a torn ACL fixed depending on their lifestyle and the development of their hamstrings. I’m surprised though as a body builder is wasn’t recommended to get it fixed.
I almost never comment . I too was the only brown kid growing up . It was a real problem for me until I became a standout athlete in 11/12 grade . I fought every day . Even after putting on 50 Lbs of contractile tissue , dating the hottest white girls in college , the chip on the shoulder never goes away .
I tore both my ACL's when I was a teenager. They didn't repair either of them. I was squatting 600 lbs six months later. I have been competing in bodybuilding and powerlifting for four decades.
Absolute amazing podcast. Hany seems like such a fun guy. He’s definetly a phenom. The amount of knowledge he has alongside his humility, integrity and values makes him what he has become today. In my opinion he’s one of the absolute best coaches to ever do it. Thankyou Fouad for bringing us all these amazing episodes with different people from the industry. Oh, and it would be awesome to get Phil on the podcast one day!
Maybe the federations can have a standard for bloodwork to where the federations don’t get the bloodwork, but they get a notification from the athletes doctor it was done and they are cleared to compete. Then you get into how many test the athletes get during the year that the federations and the athletes decide together. You can do x amount a year minimum, and then maybe x amount weeks after a contest if not competing within close time.
Great podcast! I would ask Hany what is going on with Hadi´s schoulders, is it just scar tissue, and is Hadi working on fixing it. Hopefully he is not shooting in his shoulders anymore :D I would love to see Hadi win, he cant let be marked down for it
Ramy got the title two times and he wasn't at %100 due to Covid in 2020 and training for only seven months in 2021, this year he's coming in full force it's going to be a whole new ball game.
To address the problem about steroids and people dying due to using it, I think there should be a practice of PED use and PED Education like there's sex ed and practice of safe sex. Because if were to try to eradicate steroid completely, it would be impossible. Can we prevent people from having sex with no condom on? nooooo. ever..
@@FouadAbiad They have had since Derek won the 212 title last year to make and announce the decision. Also, when Shaun and Kamal decided to do Open shows, they let everyone know immediately.
