My second son was born this morning and I am literally holding him in one arm asleep, and my phone on low volume watching the podcast in the other. Welcome to Bro Chat Hunter
Yeah the competition is crazy now. Sure there ain't no Phil heaths or Ronnie Colemans around but that just makes it more competitive. That just shows how dominant Phil was. People litterally lost excitement for the sport when he got to 3 or so Olympias. The only person who could beat him was himself by getting that hernia.
By the way, when you talk about only living to 60 and Guy goes off on you for saying that, I don't think I ever felt the love you all have for each other and the relationships you have developed through this pod more. It's been really cool to see this grow in popularity and you all grow as individuals and as a collective. Keep it up.
Guy is low key one of my favorites. It’s always a good laugh when Guy is on the podcast. In general, love all you guys. Bro chat fills the day when I have to work on the road.
I absolutely love how nick doesn't hate on anyone looking great that can compete with him. He's always immediately blown away or giving props rather than looking for flaws. It's like he wants people to be their best so it makes how hard he works worth his time and effort. Others who feel threatened immediately start hating.
Man, a moment of realization how guy loves Mr. Fouad so much, the question comes up in terms of growing old and you can honestly see guy's been through enough loss already!! Love you guys!! You'll live forever!🧡🔥
Nick has the mindset of a fucking champion. Dont care how good people look during prep. Nick has been envisionong this title for years and has 0 doubts about his destiny. Been following yku gusy for 18 months. It only helps when you ate trying to time the perfect package 24-48 hours away from the show when you stay relaxed and have 0 regrets about your processes to the show. Ian hits on this concept a lot!
As a shorter bodybuilder who has been to almost every ASF in Columbus, I was extremely pissed they got rid of the 202/212 class. From Kevin English, David Henry and to the Icon Flex Lewis. I'm 5'6 and it makes sense to have a class for the shorter bodybuilders. I think it was more about Flex winning every year and Arnold not not liking the division. Similar to his comments on Men's Physique.
I’ll be there at the expo both days, will come to the booths and bring my clients as well who are following the podcasts if they come to Vegas for the Olympia!
I said it before...Fouad knows, when i kill leg day he post's a new podcast episode. Just got home from the gym, enjoying my cheat meal always after legs. It's growing season!!
Dude.....Guy going off about the 70yr old and dog situation, just going off in the background and Nick and Fouad laughing to themselves was fucking hilarious.
I vibe a lot with Fouad has had to say in this podcast. This podcast is a gem. Love the bodybuilding stuff but when it’s the basic personal life stuff. Like damn it hits different.
01:03:55 Fouad, whatever number people an RV claims to sleep cut it in half if you want to be comfortable and not constantly climbing over each other. The grey and black water tank fill up really quickly too if you have max capacity and the water heaters will not be able to supply hot water for everybody if showers are taken one right after another. Just a heads up. That being said traveling in an RV is AWESOME. Need to use a restroom? Stop literally anywhere and you are good to go. Getting tired? Pull over take a nap, in a BED, and then get back to driving. The absolute best is traveling with your animals and when you pull in for the night you don't have to lug all your crap into a hotel and then back out again in the morning.
@@FouadAbiad All the rest stops in the USA and even truck stops allow you to stay for a long enough time to sleep, eat or do whatever you need to. Now you can't post up for a week or anything but less than 24 hours all good. We rented a few times to see if we liked it and will be buying when funds allow.
Though I miss the days of bodybuilding before instagram. What I appreciate about the internet and social media is how we get to stay connected to and keep up with legends like Branch, Jose and more. I found bodybuilding in 2011 when I found a magazine with Brandon Curry on the cover while in Iraq. Being able to keep up with the guys who were in the pages at that time and see life after competing via shows like this is pretty cool.
If you do get that camper, you should get the hosstile, RBP, bro chat and BB&B decals on each of the sides and drive it to the pro shows to interview guys before they get checked in or whatever
Guy’s last show he said he only does dip for prep and never does it after lol. He’s been dipping consistently since he retired! 5 years no dip it’s the most addictive habit ever
Brotha Fouad, this podcast is the shit and everyone has blown up because of the atmosphere that is created combined. Good things happen by chance but great things happen because it was meant to be. Cheers brah. Hosstile 4 Life.
I grew up in a military household where we did martial arts and sports when I was younger. And I want to say this cause I feel like there’s a misunderstanding when the conversation of toxic masculinity comes up. I feel like people have twisted what the vast majority of people think toxic masculinity is. For example. If anyone were to come onto my fiancé or put a finger on her they would end up on the floor FAST. No one thinks men shouldn’t defend their partners (few do I know I’m talking about the majority) The main parts of deconstructing the toxic traits of masculinity are things like not talking about emotions: men commit suicide at a higher level. Ending cycles of violence like men beating their wives and kids due to not handing emotional trauma. Men like Andrew tate talking about girls as if they’re property. And men belittling Women because of their sex lives etc. or thinking if you like certain things you’re gay or whatever. Getting rid of those toxic traits of masculinity is what people talk about because those facets of masculinity have real life effects on peoples well being. Like me practicing non toxic masculinity is buying my fiancé a gun to teach her how to shoot, but also enjoying things like theatre and not being worried I’m gay
@@mohammadali9465 thank you. Apart of my major had to do with studying stuff like this and I really try to explain these topics for people who may not understand what they really are outside of their own biases
I agree what you said about men and masculinity society and media has a stack on men the make. Masculinity and these days most men don’t even think of having to defend their wife or family. Where as I do still think it’s important to protect people you care about. It’s very important to be a real man. Period. I don’t care what anyone thinks if they disagree
Regarding the change in men, as a society, we have evolved past the the need to be physically strong to take care of our kids or wives ( for most people in developed countries). The much larger threat is usually financial instability, lack of education, lack of emotional regulation, etc. So in way, men are still protecting their family by being successful in their careers, and being present and effective in their role as a husband or a father. In my opinion, this is generally more effective for protecting your family than just being physically strong since the threat the things I mentioned above are typically more prevalent than being beat up . Even in the extreme case of protecting their kids or wives against a physical assault, there are more effective methods of protection than beating some up like a taser, pepper spray, guns, etc. All that being said, I love bodybuilding and being strong, but does that really mean I can provide better protection than someone who doesn't lift? Physically, maybe in an unarmed fight. But in a greater sense, against the most common threats that face families today, not really.
Top 5 Question.. How many guys will they Have in 1st Call out ? Top 5 PLUS Bonac, Samson, Andrew and maybe Krizo ? Sushi are good.. lots of options.. nick should try the cooked options separate from raw options. Most people cant do the raw option..
The platforms should abide by our rights as citizens of Freedom Of Speech which is pretty much being tore away from us, and I’m surprised Guy wasn’t more passionate about that we can all be shut down now which is absurd if it’s not hateful or threatening we should be able to speak and comment freely…. Congrats Grant!
15 years from now, we will refer to these times as THE BEST ERA of bodybuilding, so many great guys, its incredible

Fair play to nick walker. He's consistently on every episode 🤝
He has missed a few in the past but yes he has been very consistent now
...qs he's prepping for the O. Commendable
He’s also almost always first on. On time. Organised. Quiet. Confident. He’s top of class.
Loyal to the soil!

I feel grateful to have these guys in my life
This. I loved this too.
YA IDIOTTT. hahaha thats straight love
Always love Nick in the ads at the beginning! It’s always a great time with the boys of Bro Chat!
The underwear one makes me laugh so hard. Nick... the mutant that never wears underwear in an underwear commercial... 🤣🤣
Guy is low key one of my favorites. It’s always a good laugh when Guy is on the podcast. In general, love all you guys. Bro chat fills the day when I have to work on the road.
I about cried when Guy told his dog she's not going anywhere 😭 how anybody can hate that man is crazy to me.. he's so damn genuine
True.
Always excited for a fresh pod drop, but man I miss Ian.
Go over to bodybuilding &bs, he's over there now 😭🤪 they have big things brewing for the rest of 2022-23 😂😂😂🥰🥰🥰
Thanks Fouad. Tough day at work today, this made it easier. Appreciate you and the boys
Tomorrows a new day bro! Keep that chin up. And, Train Hard!
Keep smashing it boys!

LET'S GO! Expecting great stuff as usual, huge thanks for what you bring to the scene Fouad!
Only half way through and was having a rough night/ morning. This is exactly what I needed. Thank you!

Thanks for immediately uploading to Spotify- I really like being able to download the episode
as I was watching some old episodes you upload a new one :)
u saved my day
I'm glad Nick brought up Samson over Andrew for top 5. My gut tells me Samson is going to push top 3-5 this year. He's severely underrated.
Thank you sir fouad and bc crew, stay safe and keep sharing the love brothers 🙏🇵🇭❤️

Fouad plz get down to guy this weekend! His excitement for the idea of you coming is pure 💙 we’d all be lucky to have a friend like guy 😊
When Nick has his hands on his desk he looks like a cartoon villain
2:05:00 got me choked up in a crowded gym. That's the good stuff.
Do the RBP booth. People will love that for sure.
Love this Channel. Would love to see Hady Chopin on the show. Make it happen FOUAD!

Make a meme out of the ‘fears’ part where it zooms in on Fouad and he says, “WHAT DOES THIS PROVE?” 🤣
The natural flow of this podcast was beautiful, extra bollocks with a hint of bodybuilding
As a Vegas native, I will absolutely be there for that.
This was amazing, thx for the show

Just got to work… hoping there was a podcast coming out today… thank you Hoss!!
The fact that even the thought of Fouad dying early gets Guy upset says everything you need to know about how he feels about Fouad. Love that shit
Samsons midsection at 330 is mind blowing! I hope he makes noise at the O!
Thanks for dropping this as im wrapping up my session and about to do cardio
