      Came to say the exact thing. He has gotten really good at slowing the conversation down and getting the details. I rewatched an old interview not long ago with Luke and Fouad has definitely came a long way.

    We Germans can count ourselves lucky that he has been commentating or reviewing competitions in well-known bodybuilding formats for a few years now. Such a great person with incredible knowledge and an inspiring love for Bodybuilding. Stay the way you are Stefan :)

    This is awesome. I was 320 pounds out of university. I went to the gym because my mum encouraged me. She did not want me to have diabetes or high blood pressure, and she wanted me to succeed in business. From the first day at the gym, I was hooked and have been ever since. That was 30 years ago.

    It would be great to talk about the Spanish Coach Francisco Espin. He has some amazing athletes in his ranks, in addition to being the coach of a Miss Olympia, and top 2 and top 5 in the 212 lbs bodybuilding category, with a record of athletes classified for the Olympia in one year of a total of 13. He is also Rubiel Mosquera new coach.

    Fouad- This was a GREAT INTERVIEW! And lol, first Iain with the Thumbs Up anime and now this guy blew him away with the ballon’s and fire works hahaha! this is a new feature on a lot of iPhones it’s a form of AI replication of what the person being filmed is doing hehe.     Stefan is the bodybuilding equivalent of Jurgen Klopp, he's got a real outgoing personality and seems quite friendly which would be huge in developing good working relationships with his clients so that they buy into his methods, which are evidently working👍

    That William Bonac part moved me for real. Probably one of the densest bodybuilders I've ever seen. Post the 2022 Olympia, most of us thought that William might just be reaching the twilight of his career, even some of his physique updates at that time told the same story. But flashback to 2024, the way he's made progress, it's like he never left. Probably one of the greatest turnarounds a bodybuilder has shown , at that stage of his career.

    As a father of a child with autism this is a fanstastic insight and great learning experience for the better
    Fuad definitely is trying his best to understand Autism but I doubt he’s been around it otherwise all of what is being said would make perfect sence based on the spectrum !
    Tbh he’s probably in the right job ! As he can really see a problem before it starts with an athlete

    ALT ("liver enzyme") is found in muscle and other tissues also not totally liver specific. My ALT is 20 on a deload... 100 after a pull workout

    On the topic of Yamamoto and European supplements. It's a tough market due to Myprotein and other similar companies who offer 5kg bags of whey and everything else at attractive prices. As Stefan mentioned, the purchasing of supplements is an online transaction and a physical location store is a rarity.
