Relatable. There is still a last portion left in the freezer - sealed in a vacuum bag - of when ma made her last holiday batch in ‘13. She passed in ‘15. She made capelletti. Val Taro cuisine.
yes.. these look like capelletti to me too... I think different regions within Emilia-Romagna have variations on the themes bc I see people calling "tortellini" capelletti ... she used bread crumbs so this is not the Sammarinese recipe of my family... I lost my Nonna in "15 too... we were so blessed to have them weren't we? I thank God for my Nonna and my family. Happy New year! tanti auguri di buona salute e gioia

If I was her and a family member pushed away food just because it’s not how they think it should be made I’d be telling them to not be ungrateful and rude and eat the lot myself !
it's too bad your family are so spiteful and competitive, fortunately, that is very very rare among the people in Emilia-Romagna and the vast majority of the people are warm-hearted, gracious toward each other and consider it a delightful blessing to share with each other and welcome each other's insight and give as richly as we have received.

I wish I discovered Chef Angela earlier. I would gladly eat her food and listen to her speak about it any day
Legend . Strong.Hugely likeable and Boss.
Always love to check out Ramsays superstars :) Glad they all branched out and made their own careers.
What a beautifully comforting dish! Love the wonderful memories you've shared. ❤
Who else dosen’t pay attention to the recipe but only listens to her stories.
I pay attention to the recipes, but I LOVE her stories!!!!
Lov the story & the recipe
Who else knows she used to work for Gordon Ramsay
She worked for him for 17 years I think
It's common knowledge that she worked for Ramsay.
At Aubergine and Tante Claire where she maintained Ramsey's 3 Michellin stars.
Visually delicious food. She's an amazing cook :-)
I always ❤ U, You’re the best Chef who I worked with (the little Buddha from Hilton Dubai Creek ❤❤❤❤❤)

You seeing this?! She has ZERO fucks to offer and plenty to show! And the dish is legit! No fancy stuff just good ol' grub done DAMN right! Love her!
As Italian I say that they’re not ANELLINI but ANOLINI in brodo
She is hilarious! That looks so good! True comfort food - made with great love!
Are you supposed to give cooked bones to dogs, I thought that a no-no because they can shatter.
One of the best chefs in the world and she’s bitching about her family being too critical of her food. lol.
OMG cooking families are all the same
What do you do with the meat in the broth? Seems alot to waste
Oh that gets eaten as a separate course
@@nogingerfool1 on its own or is there a recipe for it?
Me drowning mine in velveeta cheese instead
Anolini and anellini are two very different types of pasta. Please use words correctly.
Anellini? Paraphs Anolini
I felt that she is very prejudice in her judgment on the great British menu…
Because of course, you tasted the food, didn't you?
Anolini is from Piacenza and a there is no and never has been meet. I'm very disappointed.
