Dear ms.Ronnie:You're really exceptional and great English teacher. This's what I have been wondering for one and a half decades.I don't suppose that this has been taught in the English classes in other countries.
Hello. I live in turkmenistan. I am turkmen. I always watch your videos. They are very interesting. I am learning english in education centre. Thank you very much. You are the best teacher in my opinion. I will always watch your videos.
henriquespid Hello! My name is Adriano, I'm Brazilian too, I live in Brasília. I'd like making a group in WhatsApp for practice English. What do you think about it? If you want, leave me a message here. Thanks!
I love how Ronnie just say it as it is: Im loving it of mcdonals is wrong, it is bad grammar. Thanks Ronnie, you are amazing. love from a country in latinamerica.
I like your way when you explain, I learned alot from you with your practical method. so, thank you thank you thank you. please keep going my teacher....
Thanks for this useful lesson . when "have " means to experience or to enjoy is it a state or action verb ? we say I am having a lot of fun but in some books they say that have is a state verb .How is that ?
You are a great teacher. I always adore your teaching style. I just wanna add something To be + State verb is feasible under passive voice like I was loved by someone Am I correct?
Very good video. Can you please make a longer one with more examples and explain how some verbs can sometimes be stative and sometimes active? "feel" in "I feel happy is a stative verb" but "feel" in "I am feeling the fabric to see how soft it is" is active. Thanks!
I already watched liks 10 videos related to stative verb , i feel depressed bec I didn’t understand any one of them but after ur videos i know how is the teaching is gift thhhhhank you alot
Dear Sister your lesson very nice lesson I am very impress from your lesson . Nauman Ahmad From Delhi but am present this moment in Bombay in Lockdown Thanks
Dear Ronnie, what mean some words you said, which sounds like "first a wall"? In first i think it is "futhermore", but lately i heard diference with it.
How come!!!!!!!!!!! I'm studying from "Advanced Grammar in Use" and the book says that we can use these verbs when we want to emphasis that a situation is temporary! You can chick it yourself, Book name: Advanced Grammar in Use. Unit number: 1. Part: A. The used example in the book is: Jean's with us at the moment. The children (are loving) having her here.
Hi! thanks for the video! Just a few doubts: Can´t I say "I´m seeing someone" if for example I´m actually dating her? For example: Peter is seeing Anna quite a lot lately, I think they are actually dating. Or if "to be" it´s referred to behaviour like "She´s being rude", is it gramatically wrong? Thanks again!
I have a doubt that SEE is also the stative verb then is this sentence correct- they are looking forward to seeing us soon. Because after looking verb should be in ing form but after 'to' we don't use ing.
The best teacher I have ever seem in my life. I love you and your lesson.God bless your heart.
