Hello, I'm from Peru, that is, are you telling me that the static verb is seriously meant as present continuous but in reality it is not if it is not an action that is happening at that correct moment? or I'm wrong? , and the other dynamic verb could be a continuous presenet too?

Are they present continuous? No.
Are they sense and stative vebs? Yes.
Are they in ing form? Yes.

How about when the doctor is asking: how are you feeling today? Or I am smelling smoke in the building?
I got a feeling that I going to fell the exam.
"feeling" is a noun in that sentence.
