Here's one for Ya'All.... After the interview is over, and you are asked that one question that seems to stump and perplex people just remember one answer. I know you are asking "What is the question?", well I will tell you, the question is "Is there anything you would like to ask?". Most people become silent at this juncture trying to think of a question to ask the Interviewer, just ask "Is there any reason why I would not get the position on offer?". This will stump the Interviewer,, and they have to answer. If they say "No!", then everything went okay, but if they mention something, you have this point to respond in such a way, that you can turn it around..... Piece of advice, research the company or business as much as you can before the interview, put yourself in their place, would you hire anyone who couldn't be bothered to take the time to find out what your business was all about? I wouldn't! Use the info gathered during the interview where applicable.... Happy job hunting!!!!

All serious interviewers know people generally use this to try to show how good they are, but they are genuinely expecting you to say what your weaknesses are. Don't lie. 'I'm too perfeccionist'... Perfectionist is my elbow! Don't lie. Say what your weakness is and what you do to overcome it. If you're shy, you can take Theater lessons, for example.

I'm interested in seeing how your interview went cuz I went on my first interview and by following this lady's tips I bombed it and was totally unprepared for most of the questions asked and it totally threw me off to only make me more nervous of interviews. They didn't ask any of these questions besides tell me about yourself. They ask about work related situations mainly. They ask you about how well you work with whatever your applying for or how much you know about it.
This video is somewhat imaginative and its pretty good too. I'll use that to my advantage when I get called on my upcoming job interview at Vons or Albertsons.

This is a fantastic video. I tutor english and was tutoring someone to do an interview. This was excellent for giving them something to learn from outside of our lessons!
I don't know but if i were the interviewer and listened to a person telling me all of its "positive personality traits" i would see it as someone arrogant, not polite. I think when you're asked about yourself, you should answer telling a little bit about your history, job experiences you've had. You could tell your skills, but not in a straight way like shown in this video. This is just my opinion!!!
