Fun fact every person on this plant is lactose intolerant,our bodies arent evolved enough to digest lactose properly, some of us simply handle it better with less severe reactions. But all of us should be avoiding animal lactose as much as possible and honestly once you cut back on how often you're using it you kind realize it takes away from a lot of dishes rather than adding anything good to it 🤷🏻♀️

Love it! There are so many variations of this all over the Middle East. We add sausage, bell peppers, mushrooms and cheese. No Sunday breakfast would be complete without it.

Educate yourself. Spices are medicinal. Cumin and coriander helps with bloating and digestion. Tumeric and ginger are super medicinal and also helps with digestion. Don't be afraid of spices and flavor.
