who rates the panels for watts? I just tested the 14+ and all i could get was about 10 and that is without the supplied 5v converter. That was a max PPT test on an electric load.
in a lab and on paper they are capable of 28W / 7W output, will they output rated power in outdoor scenario? maybe, but most of the time they won't.
