Not quite. I trained with a guy in the 80s who was close to 340lbs at 5'6" with around 10 percent body fat. The dude looked like a mini Incredible Hulk.

Never thought somebody could match Flex's forearms till I saw Roelly next to him, still give it to Flex though. It's funny, your biceps and triceps seem to follow your forearms development. The bigger the forearms the more you can put mass in your bis and tris. Well developed forearms seem to also decrease the chance of elbow injuries/pain. Thanks, Flex!
