    You really have this gift of taking creative funky vinyasa flows to the next level Katie! This is another example of your ingenuity with yoga…really loved this flow with all those challenging funky transitions between the traditional asanas.     Went back on your UA-cam channel and found I hadn't done this one yet. My new favorite. I wish I could emphasize how good I feel now haha.I needed this after all of the summer outdoor stuff I've been doing.

    That was a strangely chill but sweaty flow. My legs were all tight from water skiing but now feel great.

    I could do pilates scissors all day long and it wouldn't heat up my hamstrings enough to do any kind of splits. I need to move and do one leg balancing poses etc.

    I like your creative ideas but I can't hear you, the volume setting is too low and I couldn't pay attention to what I am doing. Would be great if you could increase the volume. Thanks.
