    I'v been having to sub in for Bootcamp instructors at my gym, these videos are pretty helpful for keeping the exercise variety up.

      @@BootcampCo I forget if you've already done one, but my class keeps asking me for more bodyweight cardio stuff. I can only ever think of high knees, burpees, and jumping jacks lol. More of a strength trainer.
