Working out can definitely be more fun with a friend. It can also hold you accountable and make you push harder.
Plus, a friend can be all the equipment you need to get in a great full-body workout.
With these 23 Partner Exercises, you can build strength, get in a great cardio workout and even improve your coordination.
Most of these Partner Exercises require only a partner to do them. However, if you do have a med ball, resistance band or sliders/towels, we’ll show you how to use them for some fun partner drills!

A basic resistance band works well too especially if you are looking for something heavier or tubing like this - goo.gl/r1j3Ix

You know the partner push looks funny (and it is slightly funny feeling but super fun), but it is a great way to build anti-rotational core strength. The point is to be able to resist forces acting on you...so you drive as hard as you can into the wall as your partner pushes you to force your core to engage harder and resist being pushed! :-) Of course, you don't want to push so hard that you push your partner over...unless you've declared war :-P

Clearly you've not had a partner really challenge you as the anti-rotational benefits are so key.
