There we go guys, the long-awaited guide on Journeyman!
Journeyman is certainly one of the more interesting classes in the game, and quite hard to make strong. This guide will give you maximum gains, but it will still not be comparable to 'normal' classes. Hope you like it!

@@_jaden_8161 yea just open up Talents, then click the red 'assign attacks' flag, then just drag the attacks already equipped out to anywhere else on the screen, thatll unequip them

At this point, it seems like it was either an oversight or not around at the time this video was made, but...putting 1 point into Two Punch Man in order to increase your damage by 25% is absolutely worth doing and perhaps the single most valuable talent point you can spend on this class.
Given how it needed so many peanuts to unlock, I'm surprised there isn't a skill which boosts stuff based on how many peanuts you have
you can kinda do that by converting peanuts to golden peanuts for mining efficiency

I really appreciate this channel. This is still a new game with a somewhat small playerbase but there are definitely people out there who needs guides like this lol. I hope this game blows up like crazy one day and your channel does, too

For anyone wondering, the gloves are your go to AFK weapon but Active play i find the wooden spear better right now, The skill you have yanks them in close and the spear hits multiple foes making its damage much higher then any of the gloves in that regard. At least while catching up to your other characters.
I didn't realize this was a thing; I've been leveling my fifth character as a beginner class because I thought it would be fun and noticed that luck accuracy was good for the tree, but if I can make him a journeyman that would be even better!

Edit: Wow! I didn't even know this was so popular, I just want to add that even though I got my 4th character in my 2nd week of playing and have kept using him since nearly the beginning. He is roughly 5-10 levels weaker than everyone and is trash even with great equipment, I mainly use him for farming monster drops in World 1.

Ive been thinking about that. Problem is, progression is dependent on SO many factors (e.g. stamps, skill levels, statues, alchemy, star talents, etc.) that its hard for me to say what you exactly have to do. So yes, I will make such a video, but it will be a real long challenge before I figure it out :)

I have to say, your intro song, velvet, became one of my most favoured songs while playing the game and at all. seriously loving it.
This is the first time I heard about the journeyman. When he said it was a secret class my first thought was if you don't choose a first job, then when you get to the spot where you choose which class you want to up grade to I thought it was going to turn out a beginner can become a journeyman. Wonder what would happen if you can get a beginner class character to the second job class character.
you can complete the "subclass" quest as a beginner/Journeyman but it wont give you a subclass choice, just opens the rope to get to the next portal.
I just did that because I thought it was how you got Journeyman. You need lots of luck and patience to get there

I thought I'd know what to do to become a journeyman after this guide. You finish Bushstyles quests and then says something about a rock and a stine peanut, time to look at another guide. I feel this is something that should be in a guide like this:/
Sorry! The quest helper should have a readable description, but I agree its a little confusing. Couldve been in the guide
Add skill: peanut allergy, Instant kills on a 0.1% chance per hit. Percent goes up by another 0.1% chance per amount of digits of peanuts you have. So 1= 0.1% and 10=0.2 100=0.3 etc. Caps at 5%
be sure to only drop a single peanut, that bush is greedy and ate an entire stack... back to farming more peanut materials QQ

Dont know why, but i 50% followed build, so totally i AGAIN REBUILD HIM, and know he is stronkkkk, with medium damage, and good afk gains. Actually 1000 amx damage with single hit, and little more(400) of 2 and punch, also i dont recomend put more than 25 points into lucky hit, you will just loose points, better invest luck, loot talents, and other

Yes, I tried to reconsilitate after the incident and in the months after he banned my account, banned all staff members discord accounts, stopped our guild from recruiting and changed our guild names.

I hemmed an hawed about making my 7th character a journeyman but rolled another warrior seeing as they have both mining and fishing.
As you said Journeyman is a bit too gimmicky for me right now, perhaps when Lava releases the 12+ characters he has planned.

Before this newest update Journeyman was one of the strongest. The journeyman's coin toss was so good, but they removed it for the whip and it's awful. You used to be able to almost 1 shot the first boss at around level 30 with a journeyman, and clear insane amounts of enemies if they were clumped up, but now it takes years. You didn't even have to level the attack up since it scaled with gold the journeyman was holding. The fact that they replaced the only damaging ability a journeyman has with a weak ability with a 12 second cooldown is insane. Guess the journeyman is gonna be stuck on grinding cards in world 1 until Meastro comes out.

Also yeah, cointoss was AMAZING, not only for the damage, it was very fun to try to aim it so it bounced on different enemies. I've heard it'll be coming back as a Maestro skill tho, so hopefully it doesn't take long to get added ♥

@@lancemagbanua5712 Honestly ended up not being that bad. I started a week ago today and I'm just waiting for the gold ore to smelt into bars. Already have the peanuts made and I'm on the final quest.
@@KouriRyu I've been farming peanuts for like 2 weeks and I'm at about 7k... It isn't really that hard as long as you have other characters to afk at certain materials... My 5th character is a Journey man and with 3 Lvl 35 characters... took about 3 days to make.. I focused on killing Baby Boa's since they drop hot dogs a lot more often and I maximized my chopping and mining stats so I made a lot of it for the extra mining bonus of the golden peanuts

honestly i don't think it would be that bad of a choice. My first character is a glass-cannon-mage my second is a mining warrior mix and my third is my archer who for some reason i decided to put luck into- i know, bad call- but i don't really see why it's bad to take it as one of the main 6 if you're hybrid-ing. If you only fight for levels on characters everything goes much slower than if you are also going for levels in skills too. Currently i have 2 characters that are level 17 in forging and 2 with level 12 in chopping. My 4th character is my chopping character and it has been going smoothly. TL;DR if you're maxing the usage of your characters early game with the detriment to the time it takes you; i don't see why it's bad to have journeyman in the first 6, i see it as an absolute win.
Everyone has their own path. For maximum efficiency however, you should NEVER go hybrid, nor make jman as one of your first six characters. I touch a little bit about the reset skill/kill cycle in my mining video. For most efficient progress, this is the way.
However, games are about fun. If you like your luck archer, go for it! Dont expect to progress as quickly as you could with other builds, but that shouldnt matter if its fun and works for you :)

I learned it by myself & some googling! All of it is made in Adobe Premiere Pro, but I do edit some assets beforehand in Photoshop

A: more faster is incorrect because faster already implies an increase in speed. B: warrior is best at mining, archer at forging, mage at chopping.

Absolutely. One point = +25% damage. Totally worth it.
