- This video is how to mine void ore without needing Maestro's Claw of Efficiency Bonus. There is optional methods but this one is the most straight forward to help you obtain void ore so enjoy!

So glad I watched this--I'm nowhere near Void Ore, but I had no idea about the Rex Rings and that's a huge help to me.

One thing Griffy forgot to mention is the Golden Peanuts (50 gold bars and 100 peanuts). They also give a little bit of an extra bonus. Without any bonus to your golden food, 64 of them will give you 5% mining Efficiency.

Another later game boost is the Maestro ability (Right Hand of Action) that boosts eff of players below the Maestro's level. It's important to keep your main miner's level relatively low once you can access void as it will allow them to take advantage of that ability.
Things to note.
In nearly all cases skill efficiency is better for progress than skill exp bonuses. Same as with damage/accuracy/armor for fighting over class exp bonuses.
Golden peanuts? Golden jam? Your miner should get them all.
I also can't find if you made it clear, but the mining foods should be used to regularly update your 3D print on copper ore, and on your miner you should be running copper ore for more Copper Collector talent bonus at the max possible rate all the time. I never go under 100 million copper ore - The excess going to up the Swift Steppin bubble every chance I get.
The strength (Roid Ragin) bubble should not be discounted. If you're running oak log printing hard on your mages the same way as copper ore printing, then you can up it to 100+ without breaking a sweat.
The Prowesessarry yellow bubble is uber for all skills. Stamp tramp yellow bubblecan give all skill efficiency a decent boost.
Since W4 launched the Multorange bubble will turbocharge mining, and Dream of iron fish will help as well.
Also if you have really high HP, the +%total hp cards can sometimes be the right way to go.
And oh yeah. Don't forget the Issacian shrine when taking ore 3DPrint samples and make sure Firmly Grasp it skill is maxed and running at the same time.

all i can say is. The new Chaotic Troll card is absolutely broken. I got the 4 star level and it gives 50% ALL skill efficiency
100% agreed actually huge game changer especially with the void card becoming mining efficiency as well!
Pretty sure it was in an update after this video, but anyone watching it now. There's a recipe with the Rex ring. Costs 1 Rex ring and 1000 iron bars. Rex ring stats are +2 for str, agi, and wis. 2 Def. 5% skill efficiency. And 2 upgrade slots. Serrated Rex ring is +5 str, agi, wis, and Def. 8% skill efficiency, and 3 slots. Considering how much better it is and only costs 1000 iron bars, it's definitely worth it.

when i first started i made my barbarian mining and now hes mining level 60 but this was back when world three wasnt even announced really so didnt even think about page 3 refinery talents back then. if only i made my squire miner.

I have had better results speccing into Mighty Statues instead of Str Summore. Is there a turning point that changes the effect that it brings?
yep mighty statues is really good once you have enough levels in it but for the people that are more or less starting to get their efficency up str summore is considered stronger i think the turning point is about 10+ level on statue

Prowess only helps for multiplier skilling. You have to reach the 100% rate mark before it decreases subsequent multiplier costs.
Power of 10 bonuses are also not flat. If you have 999hp instead of 1000 you won't get a 3x bonus you'll get a 3.999x bonus. Game even shows you this in the info of where you are at. Also means going over 1k but not reaching 10k still gives something. 5k HP would be a 4.5x bonus for example.
You forgot golden peanuts. Easy to make about 20+ per day.

Nice vid! 2 questions though:
1) So for the power of 10 bubble, it doesnt matter at all if you have 1.1k health or 9.9k? As long as you dont hit that next step, it doesnt matter?
2) Does leveling mining skill do anything for mining? Or is it only used for extra talent points and a higher equipable pickaxe
To answer your second question, that's correct, just lets you equip the higher pickaxe and give extra talent points. One thing to keep in mind is getting your miner to mining level 47 for the void pick and then letting your maestro pass him for the buff of "Right Hand of Action" is pretty solid. If you're sampling you just need your maestro on the spec with max Right hand of Action when you take the sample, and if you're doing afk just need to remember to login into the Maestro first and swap to Right hand of Action spec before collecting afk gains on miner.
As for the first question, it uses whatever power of ten you have. So if you have 1,000 it would be 10^3, which would give you a multiplier of 3. If you have 3,162 it would be 10^3.5 which would give you a multiplier of 3.5. So in this case, 1.1k would be a multiplier of around 3.04, and 9.9k would be around 3.99.
If you want to figure out it out easily you can just use a search engine and type log(VALUE) and it will give you the power of 10 (where VALUE is the number you are curious about, so 1100 or 9900 in the case you brought up.)
Ahh very nice. So it always makes sense to increase hp. And keeping xp gain as low as possible for the miner itself works like a charm then. Thanks for the answers :)
@@MrMX_ Well one thing to keep in mind is how power of ten exponents work. The closer you are to the bottom of a tier, the greater the effect of new increases. Like it only takes an extra 2200 life on top of 1000 to hit 3.5 from 3, but if we then add another 2200 to 5400 max life it only increases from 3.5 to 3.73. And as you get closer to 10,000 the increase is even worse. 8000 life is 3.90, 9000 life will give 3.95 and 9500 life is only 3.97.
The first 2000 life is almost .5 increase while the final 2000 is only .1 increase.

@@towellight9400 i might be 5 months late to the party but im pretty sure that point is incorret. i tested it on my lower lvl barb. i grabbed a few dozen exp baloons and leveled his mining skill from lvl 13 to 25 while having the mining skill info tab open. leveling increased both skill efficiency and multi ore chance significantly (eff from 10k to 13.7k, multi ore from 11.5% to 15.1%). that was without speccing anything into mining to prevent data contamination. the only thing i could not prevent was the increasing benifits from the stamp collector, as they are also bound to skill level. that could maybe explain the multi ore chance increase per level, but not the 3.7k efficiency, unless somehow 30 to 40 base mining efficiency translate to those 3.7k.

something about the "power of of 10" kills they dont have a hard threshhold so you don´t just get bonuses when you hit the power of 10 but also an equivalent vor every point inbetween

Idk If i am wrong but when I switch between 1000- and 1000+ health it doesn't affect even with 100 eff. Can you explain?

What about the statue talent on tab 3?
Statue talent is good but you want to prio construction with those extra talent points about 300 points so taking that will take away from sample size and being salt locked for longer so not a decent trade off but still doable

@@dalumiasronaldq.4425 you go to the froggy fields in world one. next to the picnic stowaway is a portal that leads you to Grandfrogs backyard. (once you entered the area, you can always teleport to it directly from the map)
then you open the shop in the top left corner and go to *flurbo shop* . you can buy key chains, pendants and rings (including the rex ring in this video) and star talent books there.
*action frenzy* is the fourth star talent book in this list. in order to unlock it you must buy the other ones in order and get a bit lucky with the max level rolls. the books are quite cheap though, so wait until the next dungeon happy hour and join a random party of 6-10 people. you will have enough dungeon flurbos quite quickly. good luck!
