Guess the Number - The smallest Atari game in terms of the NOMAM BASIC 10Liners Contest rules

Provide an upper limit and then guess the number the computer selected in that range.
This game was written in Atari BASIC using the BASIC 10-liners Contest at NOMAM's conference rules. It has only 10 lines of code with up to 10 characters of abbreviated BASIC instructions. No machine language code!
