Nice touch with the DIY headset tool. I use a threaded rod and nuts with big washers. Way to use your head!

Great video, nice work. I’m doing a very similar build right now. My current gearing is 52/19 but I may drop that to 46/16 or 46/18, I’ll see how I get on with it. It’s pretty flat around here.

Thanks for the tip! These were some of the worst grips I've ever felt, so was happy to cut them off. I'll certainly remember WD40 for the future. Safe riding!
