It's incredible to me that you didn't want your daughters to have the same life.
So many women in these extremist groups will just throw their daughters under the religion bus, with the attitude of, "I had to suffer, so should they. What makes THEM so special that they should have it better than me? They can just suck it up just like I did."
Instead of "Not MY daughter! Not on MY watch! Never again! NO!!!"
    Go Mama!

I have seen and heard some really heartbreaking stories of former Trad wives. They tell me when their husbands inevitably ditches them for whatever reason. What they probably didn't realize is how fragile that Trad lifestyle can be. It is entirely at the whim of the man who holds all the wealth and power. As for the Trad wife- If it's been long enough, they usually have no work experience and sometimes no education, and no prospects for work. It is really sad, and that is why I am personally against it. But to each is their own.

Yeah sometimes that's the worst part about them. There always kind and complimentary in the very beginning that's how you know your a target if someone that wouldn't normally talk to you pops out of nowhere and says something nice to you. All you have to do now of days is log on the internet then you'll see what there really saying about us They don't want to protect women anymore because we don't want to slave for them they think they shouldn't have to protect us but nobody ever really said they had to protect us but who gave them authority to endanger us just because we're not desperate for there protection? This is why sometimes I get mad that this fake God they made up. Every women should be able to carry a gun with her for protection without having to explain herself..

I’d love if you made a video describing more of what daily life with your ex husband was like - red flags, specific behaviors, etc. I think a lot of married women overlook signs while married (I myself have done this in the past) and raising awareness about signs or patterns could help women

    Oh my goddess, those cards!!
He wrote them to assuage his guilt. He thought that if he "confessed" his "sins" that you would give him a clean slate and nothing else would be required of him.
He used you as his spiritual"scrubber."
    Horrifying.

God is teaching you discernment through all of these bad relationships. Eventually you’ll get so good at it, you can hear when something is off without even meeting a guy in person. Just over the phone or thru text.

Naawww sweetie, even tho it maybe financially risky. Just leave with ur kids at least the exhaustion will be worth it. Hes been conditioned to be like that & it aint going to change. This is another form of domestic abuse.

I would like to hear your perception of marriage today i.e., should a woman get married, and is a marriage institution a huge cultish trap?

I’ll do some videos. I teach a program called Man-proof Your Life. Relationships are crucial to human happiness, but we have to do them differently than our Grandmas did. grammas did.

When yall respond to a womens tough day or hard season .... u act like end of world if any of u had real friends, were real friends u wudnt suggest ur friends bolt or leave marriages for happiness. Its like lot of women have no clue how to biblically advice or support others.

Thats just bad attitude, poor communication and ur own expectations ruining ur day. Work or not, husband or not your still doing those things. Work on ur relationship instead of crying on a video to strangers. Life gets hard, some seasons r not easy or happy. Leah in the bible wanted to be loved and her husband didn't see her but God saw her and honored her and blessed her. Sometimes our desires are not what God prepared us for sometimes theirs things in the future you can't see that he's prepared you for. Some seasons are hard to make us stronger in Christ so when the real stormy season comes ur built up in his strength. Love, relationship, having a heart for God and family over ourselves. Yes u regularly have to get perspectives or cry when u had a hard day but it doesn't mean give up.

I understand that woman in the video is trapped and miserable after losing her free time to serving her family round the clock, but she didn't say anything that would justify her saying she hates her husband. She will probably suffer even more now that she has publicly said that. Did he cheat on her or beat her? If not, she almost sounds spoiled. I hate my husband, because I have to help him???!!!

    • @sarahpinho1114

It's a resentment that happens when you're beat down over time, in her case for several years. You can see on her face the pain she's in. But you're right; he'll get more people to judge her for expressing her feelings. Abuse doesn't only include infidelity or physical beatings.

Is the bar really that low? As long as they don’t beat us or cheat on us we’re supposed to be happy? And if we expect more we’re spoiled?

    • @Hope-zz9eq
      @Hope-zz9eq 19 годин тому +1

@@PeggyTheGhost13 the sad thing for me is that this woman just lowered the bar for women. She turned to social media to give vent to hatred, which has no justification. She is fomenting a disaster. How about look on the bright side of life? Count one's blessings. At least her husband has a job and goes to work and has not abandoned his family.

    • @goingketo7584

@Hope-zz9eq you could see the bright side for her. She's speaking honestly, probably for the first time in years. I "at least" and "bright sided" my marriage all the way to juvenile court after my ex-husband had a particularly violent moment with our son. It didn't start out that way but there were tiny signs over the course of a decade that I explained away with a smile. Let women free. Let women talk. Let women share. Don't shut us down. We're not going to hide the pain like our mothers and grandmothers did. I hope no one reads your post and tries to see the bright side.

@@Hope-zz9eqI believe her resentment comes from the cost of her trad wife marriage. If she hadn’t married, or if she hadn’t chosen to be a full-time housewife, she’d have a job herself & a much more fulfilling lifestyle. She definitely hates herself for making that stupid decision, and when someone hates themself, they naturally hate people around them.
