By only spending 50-60 k more , u can hv normal house..
These sort of construction is good for big store house , godowns, workshop , showroom where car parking , or large cattle , sheep rearing houses only..

As per pricing it may not be much economical compared to normal construction.
Major drawback is multiple floor construction is impossible.
This would cost 1.5L/Sq compared to 2L/Sq for normal house construction.
In this technology, as of now, only ground floor is possible.
